From having this problem when I started playing, I'm guessing your biggest trouble is not making that transition from tight playing, picking your spots and trying to get a stack, to making moves, raising hell and controlling the table. This moment occurs... I don't even know, you just gotta feel it. Maybe someone else can elaborate. You gotta steal blinds and pots, not just blinds. Don't go crazy, but start making some plays.

I doubt many of them played super low, and only some played mid limits.

Ouch, they lost a couple retarded customers who, if they had money, would one table 5/10 cent LH while frantically searching for KidPoker to watch, generating about 1 cent of rake per hour. At the same time they coaxed some play money players to deposit money so that they can watch real money tables.

I need to step up and play out of my bankroll once in a while to get my head in the game. If I get into a routine I start to play badly. As we speak I'm playing 5/10 with a 1400 bankroll.

Tip for Canadians setting up a new Neteller account: Make USD your base currency. Regardless of the exchange rate, that 1.9% conversion fee has cost me a signifigant amount of money that I would rather not even calculate.

Well there has to be an affiliate program for rakeback to exist, because that is where rakeback comes from right? If that's true then the affiliate program says it will start in the new year, so I guess you wait until then.Also, I'd imagine the deal with getting rakeback after signing up would be the same as other Pokerroom skins, not sure what that is though.
