  1. Do a search.good plan. here i'll save anyone else a search:http://fullcontactpoker.com/2001-poker-art...18093205&ucat=1
  2. i see...however i'm still not creating a login and so on for a site i never intend to play at... so how about an update?
  3. ok i'll bite...flame as nessessary...what does the term "nutbar" mean?
  4. at work and can't download any poker sites or i'd be out on my ass...but give an update, how you doing jordan?
  5. 4K AHOLEi love it, give this guy the trophy
  6. i have an idea...for all of us that own the book. i'll scan and send page 1, and you guys can figure out who will do 2, 3, and so on...that way instead of 1 person wasting a lot of their time, a whole lot of us can waste a little bit of time. also i except full payment via check in mail for 8 cents. (assuming it's 50 bucks for book...divided by 600 pages)
  7. i'm guessing no replies because no-one knows... but here's a guess...it's not the prof
  8. it's not even worth the time to come up with a good flame....so happy birthday 8)
  9. i too palm aces for a living. it's the only way to become a real pro because nobody is good enough to beat the game and win legitimately. the rake is too high and in the long run every player will lose money. (sw)
  10. that is a loose call...you should either fold or reraise him all in. i'm not sure if this is right, but i've read that calling with a pocket pair is only smart if it costs you less than 1/8th of your stack, and you have an opportunity to double up

  12. so you are paying a lot to see if the next card is a K or 7...8 outs with 45 cards left...about 1 in 6 chance of hitting. if you miss on the turn, you can be assured you're not getting a cheap river. IMO the draw isn't strong enough to risk so much. i know you're thinking about implied odds...but how much are the other 2 really going to lose when the turn hits and you make nut straight? provided they are half ass players, you're not going to win a big pot even if you catch...it's just not worth a roll of the die
  13. hard stuff to go through...prayers for God's comfort upon you and those who care for your buddy
  14. nah, gotta pick a side.I choose the back-side.That's where it's tighest.awesome
  15. wouldn't that be a sign to fold your draw? i am by no means an omaha player but i consider myself a decent O8 player...and it just makes me think this guy already has trips or 2 pair, and you are calling your straight draw in hopes that the board doesn't pair. maybe if it was a cheaper draw?
  16. why do we have to pick sides? can't we just flame both of these guys?
  17. i have played a couple...basically single table tourneys... if you get top 3 in your first one..you win a couple bucks and move on...same with 2nd, 3rd...then after that it's just like a multi table tourney, except winner doesn't really win that much. tourney pays more people, but those who do well win less
  18. wow i was rocking the 10/1 i joined 90 people left 27000 in chips, and i check raised the flush draw all in...with a 10K pot or so. guy called with top pair (A10, with 10,9,7) on board...and i missed flush...would have been 1st or 2nd in chips...but what can ya do...i felt i needed to gamble to get myself good position to win the thing. ( i realize this thread is about the 200K sorry guys)...so long story short good luck everyone left...i'm going to get drunk! peace yo
  19. i'm out in 765th place...1500ish in chips, on button one caller, with blinds 50/100...i raise to 325 with AQ offsuit...sb folds, BB who has been someone loose goes over the top with roughly same chip count as me...limper folds, i call. he shows A10 offsuit. flop comes KQJ i'm dead to a 10, or runner runner to make boat. board bricks...and i'm left pissed off lol. oh well this isn't the end for me...i will finish well in a big tourney someday
  20. hag...what's your pp screen name?
  21. this one starts with 1500 blinds increase every 20 min instead of 15
