  1. While I also hate the fact that someone who is sitting out may place in the money, what you suggest is even worse. If you openly suggest that everyone fold so that the person sitting out does not make the money, that is called collusion, and you can and will get banned from the site you're playing on. However, if you choose to muck AA or any other strong hand so that person does not make the money, that is perfectly okay and up to you. I can't see why you would do that though.   2. Just be very careful and avoid bluffing at all costs. Only raise with the nuts, there's nothing wrong with just calling a small river bet if you feel that you only have the 2nd best hand, who knows, maybe it's the best hand. There's no reason to get fancy and try to outplay these people, even at the higher levels you must avoid trying to play "poker".   3. Just do what I did. I started with a $50 bankroll at UltimateBet. I played the .10-.25 PL Omaha games and eventually moved up to the .50-.1 NL Hold'em games. In about 9 days I was able to build my bankroll up to $650, and it's still growing. The reason I recommend Omaha is that you don't need a big bankroll to play, people pay you off for your big hands, and your hourly rate will be much higher. Just play tight, and don't give anything away.best of luck
