I'm with copernicus that keeping a killer mindset internally is key. But if you can put on a jovial external face while you're doing that, to me that's the key. I prefer live play because coffeehousing is fun, but coffeehousing while fleecing opponents is the nuts. And I've found that it helps me conceal tells. Basically, if I'm having a good time (bullsh*tting, telling jokes, talking sports, etc), it's easy to keep a genuine smile on my face even as I'm sh*tting bricks about my hand.I also agree with flushgarden. Make it a good time, and they'll always come back.
