  1. Security!Posted 7 minutes ago by EricRamseyJohn JuandaWell, we've had our first real drama of the summer. James Bord was dispensed by David "Bakes" Baker a few minutes ago to end his day early, but he lurked around long enough for John Juanda to win his match at another table. From what we gather, Bord had made a comment earlier in the day, and Juanda waited until his match was over to continue the conversation. When he asked Bord what the problem was, the Brit went off. It all happened right near our desk, and it was Bord doing most of the yelling. We heard, "You're a thieving prick," "you're a disgrace", and "you're a fake and disgusting human being," among other things. Juanda was trying to get a word in edgewise, but Bord wasn't giving him space. Finally, the words came that ended the altercation. "If I see you in the parking lot, I'm going to beat your ass," Bord announced. "Floor!" Juanda called, and both the floor staff and security were there immediately. The two men had to be separated, and the staff members took both men out of the room to settle the problem in a more appropriate spot.Read more: http://www.pokernews.com/live-reporting/20...post.182501.htm
We ever find out what the beef was?
  2. Does anyone else find it annoying how many breaks the guys are taking? It's especially dumb when 2 of them take off at the same time.

  3. The only time I ever won a live tournament, I was wearing sunglasses, in 2006. I never wore them before or since. I think people who wear them are usually A-holes.I dont like iPod bc I'd rather hear whats being said at the table. Turning it on and off is annoying. And, I think people who wear them are usually A-holes.

  4. 2011 Poker Goals04 Jan 2011In January of 2010 I wrote a blog laying out some lofty goals for the year 2010 Blog. Now, often people write in January how they are going to share their results for the year, but as soon as things go south, they don't want to talk about it anymore. I'm not that guy. I'm more than willing to point at my failures just as often as my successes, and 2010 saw me miss my goals by a large margin.1. $1 million in tournament earnings in 2010. Well that didn't happen. I didn't get that big score I needed to cross the $1 million mark and finished the year with $683,825 in cashes. The goal in 2011 remains the same, and I'm very confident I'll be able to achieve this goal, starting out with some big events at the PCA in just a few days.
He came too soo, I think he needs to up it to $2,000,000 now.
