I had a similiar issue with a sng freezing up on me. Ub took care of me in a couple of days and the money owed to me was deposited into my account. Generally UB has very good Customer Service. Just wait a couple of days, I'm confident that they will take care of this matter.

site is back up............but no word on the SNG

I feel you bro............I was in a 10 handed 50 dollar SNG and made the money. I was chip leader going into the final three...... Then UB froze up.What happens now......

Man I was just in 3 sng two of which I was big in chips and it crashed....grrrrr Does anyone know what am I suppose to do now? Do I email support when it's back up to get my buy in back.Any help would be appreciated

If I'm not mistaken, you need to play 25% of the raked hands to the value of the GC.Example: If your GC is for 100.00 , you need to play 25 raked hands.hope this helps.

That would be too easy, so those are not qualifying points. Only points earned through rake fees qualify. If you 4 table .50/1.00 NL for 12 -14 hours a day, you could possibly make 150,000 points...possibly.That isn't happening.......So much for that.Thanks for the heads up.Btw, I agree with custom, you're better off doing it youself through rakeback.
