As long as I keep my grades above a 3.3 people dont really care. I only play about ten hours a week compared to some of the people on the sire. So as long as I keep everything else in my life above par no one really shrugs there shoulder at me.

With my home game the majority of the players are decent . So I have to come up with new tyles of play each month so I'm throwing different things out there that they have not seen before. I played hockey since I was the age of five on leagues between travel leagues and regular leagues. Played on the Little Ceaser Bantam travel team for two years and played in leagues like that till the age of 18. Now I play in a beer league and play drop in hockey twice a week. Still love the game and hope to be able to play for a very long time still.

I been playing cash games for about the last year. Although, I have been playing poker for about two years total only starting off playing home game which were getting to easy for me and there was not a lot of money. Yeah $ 100 should be plenty at a 3/6 table. I have never seen anyone buy in for more than a $100. Although I only played 3/6 a couple of times because people play very loose. I now play no limit games or 10/20 which is more like real poker. They give respect when you have a legitmate hand by not trying to draw on you and hitting the river to win the pot. Like they were saying never try to buy a pot because at least one person will call you to keep you honest.
