  1. here are the rules in full in case anyone needs it.Occasionally, due to technical difficulties, a tournament may be cancelled. Depending on the tournament's status at the time of this cancellation, Full Tilt Poker will do the following: 31.1. If a tournament is voided before it starts - Players will have their buy-ins and fees returned in the same currency they used to enter the tournament (real money, tokens, etc.), unless they entered the tournament through a satellite, in which case they will be refunded the standard buy-in for the tournament. 31.2. If the tournament had not yet reached the money - All players still in the tournament at the time of the cancellation will be refunded their tournament buy-in and tournament fee. Players will have their buy-ins refunded in the same currency they used to enter the tournament (real money, tokens, etc.), unless they earned their entry through a satellite, in which case, they will be refunded the standard buy-in for the tournament. In addition, the buy-ins of players already eliminated from the tournament will be divided up and distributed to the remaining players, based on their chip counts. Guarantees and money added to the prize pool will not be included in the player payouts. 31.3. If the tournament had reached the money - All players still in the tournament at the time of the cancellation will be awarded with the next guaranteed payout and have their tournament fee returned. In addition, the remaining prize pool will be distributed amongst the surviving players based on their chip counts. 31.4. In a Rebuy tournament - the number of rebuys or add-ons a player has made does not affect the payout if a tournament is cancelled. If a tournament has not reached the money, all players will have their initial tournament buy-in and fee returned, as described in bullet 31.2. In addition, any other money in the prize pool (excluding guarantees and money added by Full Tilt Poker) will be divided and distributed to the remaining players, based on their respective chip counts. If a tournament has reached the money, payouts will be handled as described in bullet 31.3. 31.5. If a tournament awards a non-monetary prize, such as a World Series of Poker prize package, Full Tilt Poker will assign a monetary value to the prize, and distribute the cash value to the remaining players, based on their chip counts. If all remaining players have each won the first-place prize at the time of cancellation (e.g., the remaining players have each already secured a WSOP prize package), they will each keep their prizes.

  2. thx for the help 2b.31.3. If the tournament had reached the money - All players still in the tournament at the time of the cancellation will be awarded with the next guaranteed payout and have their tournament fee returned. In addition, the remaining prize pool will be distributed amongst the surviving players based on their chip counts.

lol, why would i lie about this? :Pive never been in a tourny that froze, let alone, deep in a tourny that froze.edit...i think you and i were deep in a mtt on ongame, did that tourny emd up freezing?
  4. Last time it happened to me they gave me my buy-in back plus an amount based on my chip stack. (I am assuming that money came from the buy-ins of those who already busted.)Edit: I think i remember them saying in the email that if you are in the money you get the amount paid for your current standing.
thx...that wouldnt be too bad...ive got 1300$-1400$ in chip equity...rather play it out tho, but if theyre gonna cancel it, hope they cancel it soon...i dont want to be waiting all night. :-/

  6. thx everyone.

Take some cash and get a computer with a screen larger than 13"... and get rid of AOL. I feel like you won a tournament from 1994.
lol, my monitor is 20"...what makes you think its 13"?
  7. w000t! :D nice cash vatche, my five minutes of railing was all u needed to take this thing down!now u should play the wpt at the bike and do the same :club:
    lol.
Hey V, nice job man. I railed you for almost all of the final table and a bit before that, you played great and deserved it. That last table was a bunch of NITS! By the way I'm still bitter, I should have won this one :D
thx for the compliment. :)ya, they were all playing scared...(except for chucksty obv)edit...you just took this one down last week, dont be greedy. :D
Umm..ChuckSty regularly cashes for that amount..Yes. I know Vatche won.
i heard chucksty wipes his behind with 8600.
  8. i just remembered...i was down to 3k on the bubble with the blinds @ 250-500...one guy at my table was telling me: "hold on, youre almost there", lol. i cant believe i ended up taking it down... :club:

  9. Let's be honest, after the 2 weeks of new appeal the FCP Poker Room and chat room had, nobody went there to chat.
youre 100% wrong about this.we had a bunch of "regulars" that would play on FCP every night and we were constantly chatting while playing all the way to the end...and Bob's post is a 120% accurate.
  10. Ya he plays really well, although I'm not his hugest fan anymore. We were on the FT bubble, and I was in the sb vs. the bb who had an m of 5, and I shoved blind (literally, I felt it was a shove any 2 spot so I covered up my cards) and it ended up being 72o and I beat AQo and he felt the need to talk trash and how I should "see what happens if I keep playing 72o". Obviously he's an extremely strong player, but I don't think it was necesary to berate me, especially because I'm nice 99% of the time at the table and have definitely never been anything but respectful to him.
heh, your shove vs the ss's bb on the bubble with any two is a pretty standard play, i dont know why he would talk smack, maybe he was scarred of you and he didnt want you messing with his blinds?i dont feel so bad for him anymore. :club:
  11. If the plan is just to deposit forever and never cash out then yes, FTP.
i requested 2 check from tilt a few weeks ago and i got both checks in under 5 business days...maybe they used to be slow before, not sure, but theyre quick now. (from my experience with them)
  12. Fluff used to annoy me with all the bold and smileys in each post, but we saw a different side to him...i was railing for a few hours and he took a lot of bad beats, nothing right was going for him, but he handled it all with a lot of class...you've got a good head on your shoulders fluff, and you obviously play well getting your roll that high, take a few days off like others have suggested and start rebuilding again...you'll be back in no time.GL

  13. Meh, when we were down to 5, I thought that guy played well but I think he was about the 4th best player left. I mean Batera played really well, Mossified played realllllly slowly and cautiously but constantly got the money in good and the other guy was just strong aggro. Not to talk trash about the winner, as he played very well and didn't make it easy on me.
i felt bad for Batera, that guy took so many ridiculous beats at the end, it was just unfair. That AA vs AJ hand on a J hi flop was brutal.
