You could fold pre.... But are you paying attention that this is a 6 max table ? So UTG + 1 is actually the hijack position. I would fold this preflop 100% of the time in a 10 player game, but I don't think raising in a 6 max preflop is a bad idea.I would probably raise the turn, barring that I might be forced to fold the river. The river is tough though

Sorry, not sure If i'm doing to quote right.... I think I might not be.....But agreed with Solar. You Want the villian to have QQ, KK, AJ, KJ, I assume you are playing at the $25 tables, I haven't seen many people fold over pairs there. Try to get the money in on the flop, if not, shove the turn

Seems like an easy shove to me. You checked and got the bet you wanted, now it is time to take down the pot if you can, or get all your money in good otherwise. If you call there are a lot of scary cards that could come on the turn.88 is actually below my range that I like to play from UTG, so I might consider folding preflop instead of limping in..... But I'm tighter than most

Multi-tabling Bankroll Question
skits2 replied to Tugglife2's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
I disagree. It seems clear to me that mult-tabling increases your bankroll requirement. Having a large bankroll not only protects you from bad cards, but also streaks of bad play on your part. You can say that you shouldn't multi-table if you tilt, but the fact is that many people have streaks of good play or bad play. If you have a 15 buyin bankroll, and multi 8 tables one night that you are just playing off, you could blow a lot of the bankroll.I'm not sure how much more you need to multi, but for a person playing 4 tables at a time to have the same risk of ruin as a person playing 1 -

Bet the Pot - is an excellent guide in my opinion

Anybody know how he went from 17000 to 6000? -
Unless you are making your living from poker, the short sessions aren't necessarily a bad thing. There is no point in playing if it stops being fun, especially if you become less sharp and you lost money. Other than that the only advice I can offer is to put something in the back ground that you enjoy that won't distract you, be it music or a movie or such

I think that I'm going to have to guess that Beal comes out ahead overall. I don't know how he keeps beating the pros, but he seems good at it

I too am impressed with the 30 / hour win rate. I'm curious what site you are playing at, and how many hours you have played that this rate accounts for?
