i used to only play lhe cash games but recently ive started playing no limit alot. there seems to be alot less skillfull people at the no limit tables

just got back from vegas and stayed at the monty carloit has a decent poker roomthe play was very tight.. they are running a freeroll tournament in march for players who have played over 40 hours. almost every player at my table was there just trying to get their 40 hours in and playing extremely tight. dude on my right played a total of 2 hands in 3 hours in which he raised big preflop.i too got suckered into the big wheel of fortune game

how is the poker room at the resorts? I go to trump all the time because its closer but ive been meaning to check out the poker room at resorts.

it depends on if your talking about the nuts or just a strong handif you flop the nuts in a small pot with 1 or 2 other players. you may wanna check hoping to induce more action on the turn and river, the higher betting roundsin larger pots with many player, with the nuts u would wanna be more aggressive and bet to try to build up the pot. if you have a strong/medium strength hand that can be drawn out on, betting the flop from an early position might do nothing but give everyone with weak draws the right pot odds to draw out to the river.
