Just wonderingHas anyone been able to transfer the money from the Casiono to the Cashier and then be able to use it in the Poker?Is there a minimal amount that you can transfer?I got $7.00 from the Spin but as of yet not able to transfer that amount to the Poker Account.Let me know.

Ok.I got it now. Once I got the free money I had to transfer this amount to the Cashier. Once this is done you have to wait for 24hrs before it will automatically transfer to the Poker.But I would check back with Cashier in 24hrs to verify that.Awesome some free stuff

Razor,Which casino are you talking about. I go to the new Deerfoot Inn & Casino and they stated to me that they were only going to have $500.00 & $1000.00 buy-ins. Any normal person isn't going to give up that much money to play a weekly tournament. All they have at this point is 4/8 Limit min $60.00 buy-in and 1/2 NL min of $100.00 buy-inI am hoping to find like 50 + buy-in.Trying to get some home games going but living the the deep SE it's not easy.Once again GL in NS.

Just an addition to this post.On Fulltilt it does work. As Steve7stud has mentioned.Tried FullTilt 5+.50 lastnight and won. Now this is only the the third S&G that I have played on FT. It was a 9 person table but the method of TAG and once I was in the $$$ I still played TAG until I got headsup.Heads-up wasn't easy but I prevailed.P.S. Congrats Steve7stud on your position as a moderator. I am likeing the new improvements to the new site. Look forward to the new features for the Charter Members.Rock On FCP.

The money that I have presently is just from the InstantBankroll offer for Party Poker. As for hand history I haven't any of those but I will request some from Party Poker and post them here.For books I have the new Little Green Book, Hold'em Poker for Advanced Players, Hold'em Poker, Shuffle Up and DealNot sure if these books are really useful at my experience level. Maybe later they would be much more useful. Will go and the SSHE for sure.My goa

Having a big issue on increasing my bankroll. I have been playing I believe TAG but still not I guess enough.Playing on PartyPoker. Took the Instant Bankroll signup bonus.First I tried .25/50 Limit and was losing and I took the TAG play but still getting the BR knocked down.Second I tried the 5+1 S&G's and some sucess but again I am getting knocked. I won one S&G and was able to transfer some $$ to Fulltilt.Playing on Fulltilt.On Fulltilt I have been playing .5/.10 NL and was getting some sucess but again the BR is decreasing. I did try some S&G but no luck on this site.What wo

Thanks for the advice :-) I am just having a hard time with the increasing of my BR. And I seem to be doing much better in the NL games. The S&G and Tournies are becoming a better place for me to cash.The only problem is I am down in the $30 range for BR and I need a way to get it back up. If I play a few more 5+1 S&G's and get a increase in my bankroll then I will go to the 10+1 & then 20 +2.Any more suggestions to help the increase of BR is appreciated.Thanks Again.

Rusmac31,That's exactly what I have been doing. I get to the final table and still play TAG and I have been able to improve my position and get addional $$$.I play the 5+1. If I was to go to the 10 or 20 would the approach work the same as we have been discussing?But you say the 2-Table has a better payout then the 3-Table? Actually what difference other then the payouts are there?

Like this book so far. Still reading.Just got it on Friday and I started reading it and I have to say it improved my game already.I like this book becuase I have read the Little Red Book (Golf) and Phil Gordon has taken the same approach on his writting of Little Green Book as Harvey Penick did in his Little Red Book. The mind is the game of poker as in golf and thinking on what you are going to do before you do it is very important.But Phil explains how to approach the game with the cards your dealt.Still reading so I hope it continues with all these tips and incites through the book.Look f

Steve7Stud,I can't agree more with you post.I have been unable to make any BR increase playing Limit/PotLimit so I decided lets try a 5+1 at PartyPoker. The first few attempts I didn't fair well. So I decided the only way to make it in the $$ was to play TAG and I made it to the final table and placed 3rd. I played another one again with the same TAG and placed second.Wow I said this works so I did again and WON my first S&G. So out of lets say 8 S&G's I have cashed on 3. Percentage isn't overall great but it's increasing my BR. :-) That's the goal here to increase the BR.B

I don't usually buy the paper but to be able to read his weekly column I might just think about doing so. Would have been nice to be able to read the same articles on the internet.Just wanted to know if anyone knew the link if there was one to be viewed.Thanks

Why do I play.That's a good question.I have just started playing in Apr of this year. One reason was all the coverage on TV. I wanted to find out about what this game and what it was all about.Now that I have been playing only a short time. I have found that the reason I am playing is how it make me feel. Briguy,Awesome I am orginally for NS myself. So how's the poker in NS?I can take all the advice and experience to help me on my game. I only started playing in Apr/05. I have played a few homegames. Best result was runner-up first time I played. Then I was hooked. I have played in the Casnios here in Calgary but really haven't faired well yet. I just started playing Real Money online in the past week. I just can't yet get the understanding of playing Low Limit HE. More practice will be required but I think I am doing ok so far.
