  1. have you ever told anyone?Heh I don't think I'd want mom reading some "love" scene I wrote.
  2. You spelled almost all of his name right too.I never said I was a fan.Vonnegut.Better? I didn't even have to go for the book.
  3. Regarding Vonnetgut, I read almost all of Cat's Cradle, and didn't like it. I'm a big fan of surrealist film and it seems he's a fave among fans of surrealist literature.
  4. Did that one poster go to trebor's house? No wrath yet?
  5. But it's so slow that for example, for a regular 4-tabler, it counts more as half a table in regard to speed. MT'ing works fine for me on Pacific and another site, but then again I have the priviledge of a DSL connection. And I haven't gotten around to PP, but I will.
  6. You are. I've tried suicide, and it would be amusing to see Mike jump off a bridge or a dam. He finished what, 9th? Made the final table, made 1 mil. Should make for great tv to see him go off.
  7. oh man, if you could multi-table there How about doing one table at Pacific and a bunch of tables on another site? It's not a genius idea.
  8. Capping pre-flop doesn't seem right. It's heads up, and an opponent who's solid is 3 betting with a high pair or A-K.Save a bet here, save a bet there?
  9. Pocket aces, flopped the set.I figured he had aces, but I couldn't fold TPTK, or y'all would jump on me and label me tight-weak.
  10. Ok, if I cap the flop, then on the turn? He's first to act, so if he bets out again, call him down to showdown?
  11. Do all sites have a rakeback program?H
  12. Ok I added the turn and river cards. Oops.See the original post.
  13. I couldn't get this to run through the converter, but its simple. The table is tight (as in Full Tilt tight). 1-2 limit.I have A-K and raise. I get 3 bet and call. Flop comes: A 10 8 (rainbow)Opponent bets the flop and I raise. He 3 bets again, so I call again, and call him down to showdown. I know he's a good solid player and he 3 bet me twice (pre-flop and flop with A on board). Final Board: 10 8 A 7 5 :heart:Comments?
  14. I was reading awhile back that discussion about the hand between Hasan and Nam, where Hasan folded K-J to Nam's all in. After watching it tonight on TV, it didn't seem like *that* bad of a fold to me. Hasan had to call about 5 times his BB (400k) and he would be behind preflop to A-rag or a small pair. Was it just bad because it's Nam Le, and he's capable of pushing with rag rag, so game theor would dictate that folding is bad? I think a worse thing was the hand before, where Hasan didn't raise with 6-6 preflop and then bluffed off a couple million. Then he just lost it before his demise.
