I'll ask more because I'm gonna be over there next Saturday celebrating a friend's imminent wedding, whilst enjoying the infamous Windsor Ballet. I'm sure we'll stop at the Casino too. How donktastic is the 1/2 NL game? I'll have about $200 to play. Not a lot, I know. or should I play 3/6 Limit and bleed my money off slowly? (like I do at Greektown)or stick to dropping $50 in the nickel slots and blow the rest on booze and boobs?P

What do you folks think about the "no dead button" rule? They don't want to give a "2 hands in a row as last to act" advantage to any player, so they're gonna skip the blinds ahead, and give the next guy the advantage of not having to pay their full share of blinds. Is that how it would work?I'm sure the rarity of that occurence won't make it THAT big of deal in the grand scheme of things, but I'm wondering if their 'no advantage' priority is skewed to the wrong guy. However, that rule certainly wouldn't stop me from playing the tournament.thoughts?

have you guys tried playing the 18p SnG's? 2nd place gets more than a 1st in a 9p, and it's nearly as 'easy' to cash. I always found they lasted about 1.5 hours, and the extra chips from the extra table help when the blinds get high. However, I've found the 45p SnG's become a crapshoot toward the end (around 2 hours) and aren't worth playing. thoughts?

Here's a fun diversion from the stress of grinding it out lately:I changed myself into Howard Lederer this evening. It didn't help my game, but at least I'm not staring at the same old Rock the whole time. Check out C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Graphics\Table\Avatars\etc and cut n paste the graphic files from the Pros folder into the Public Folder. Do one, do all, do a few, who cares... Reload your tables and voila! Unfortunately, the other players at your table will still see the old avatars, but it's kinda funny when you've got 2 Phil Ivey's, a Jesus, Matusow and some Hendon Mobster

I'm a new PLO donk myself, and would want to call thinking he's made the straight too. But shouldn't you just fold knowing you have only 3 outs and it could get real expensive to draw out? Would it be playing too conservative to fold?

Live MTT, I have AA utg and raise. It folds around to SB who pushes w/ shortstack. BB calls, then I come over the top. SB had AA, BB had KK. When we flipped them up and saw AA vs KK vs AA, the BB exclaims (to my horror) "I'm the only one who can improve!" No K came.(disclaimer: I do know that all hands could have improved)anyway - topical hand worth mentioning?
