  1. what do you think of sammys call with 5-7?
I thought it stunk. Sammy straddles a fine line between aggressive and stupid sometimes. works for him though.
I agree he has gotten even more reckless and even more cocky but you gotta love the guy.Flop X-X-X(two hearts) Gets all in Sammy has A :club: Q other guy has pocket queens.Sammy "uh oh, i'm the favorite, You can't catch a queen and there are three aces left." He hits runner runner for the flush. Classic Sammy.
maybe he's still reeling from the big lay down so that he could outplay moneymaker.
  2. i'm planning a trip to vegas and was wondering if any one had any ideas on how to get the best rates for a hotel room at Wynn or another just as nice hotel?
allvegaspoker.com has room rates for various hotels in vegas... pretty good rates too... usually requires like 4-5 hours of playing.... which you're gonna do anyway (or I would anyway).
  3. Where do you play Tosr? I want to see you play.....and I will post a no holds barred assesment.
I play at Bugsys Club.My login is doug-less. I'm in a different timezone to Americans. It's currently 10 pm here. I'll be playing again in approx 12 hours time. As for a no holds barred assessment. Sounds fine to me. I have no illusions I'm a great player. I'm a winning player. I expect I win a lot of times because most people I play just couldn't give a censored about the $15/20/30/50 they've put up and just want to gamble it up, where as I actually seriously want to win.
serously nice work (no sw necessary..seriously). playing HU requires some harsh reading and concentration. i'd rather open 4 tables, open PT, open GT+ and just win some money. although, i'm not getting any better but whatev I like money. keep up the HU matches. post in Nov and Dec
  4. hmm I'l have to think about that 1 , souds like an easy bonus. might just deposit ,play 100 hands and cash out lol thx for the tip :-)
no prob. hope you can make some easy $$... don't forget to ALWAYS do the Partypoker monthly reloads....
    ugh... why?
Because they're basically the easiest money on the net. with the fishy players and a 7X wagering requirement it's a steal of a deal. I always put the max into PP every month.... that way you maximize the bonus....

(not that I know if it does anything) if you do use the expekt.

  8. So I was reading the posts about D.N. success from 2004 and was wondering if anyone wanted to make a wager?I am laying $20 AMERICAN he doesn't make the final table of ANY OF his remaing 4 big tournaments. If he doesn't play them, oh well it's still counted as a zero.Just one final table out of four tournaments.I made this wager back in June for the WSOP and 2 of 3 people paid up. Only Daniel N. himself didn't pay up.http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...4066&highlight=his schedule:http://fullcontactpoker.com/poker-forums/v...opic.php?t=8251Any takers?
I am laying $20 CANADIAN you don't make the final table of ANY OF these remaing 4 big tournaments. If you don't play them, oh well it's still counted as a zero.Just one final table out of four tournaments.I never made this wager back in June for the WSOP and 0 of 1 people paid up. Only Daniel N. himself didn't pay up. .... (insert :club: here)http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...t=Neverhappenedyour schedule: http://www.fullcontactzerochancepoker.comYou take?
  9. Neteller was down yesterday and is still down today, does this happen very often?
Not down for me, I made 2 deposits on 2 different sites yesterday
eventually it was working ... and I too made 2 deposits on 2 different sites.... now i'm spread like a hooker on 4th st.
  10. That's all I play, 1/2 and 2/4 shorthanded. I'll usually play a full table, at a lower limit where I don't have to think much at the same time as well.SH variance is a censored sometimes....When I first started playing about a year ago, I played ultra agressive, raising any ace, from any position...three betting ace high, just ridiculous stuff.....but it was working, but then I really ran into a wall/. Of course right? What I've come to learn over time now, is that every day, and every table is different. I don't recommend multi tabling SH, and if you do, I would only do two. Paying attention to your opponents is the biggest +EV thing you can do. Starting hands all change depending on your opponents play. Obviously small PP's and suited connectors aren't as profitable, or powerful shorthanded. Then there are the blinds. being aware of what kind of hands your opponents will try a steal with is important. Three betting from the blinds is common. Also, table image is huge. Being aware of that and how your opponents are trying to take advantage of that is big.Read the 2+2 threads on SH play. You asked for thoughts, those are my thoughts. For the flamers: F u c k you in advance. Cheers
Anyone have the link to this 2+2 thread? my searching sucks on that site....
  11. Nah it's a horrible move with 4 limpers.
Honestly I didn't know there were 4 limpers (too earlyin AM)Not raising here is plain retarded
Who can afford the buy-in to a tournament like that and then just be the worst player in the tournament? He'd have better luck walking down the street dropping 20's hoping that the guy in front of him was dropping 100's.
  12. Can you really make money on sports betting? That i'm definetly a loosing player in.... poker I'm above break even but no where near quitting my job....
Can you? I mean yes of course you can.I find it much easier than poker.....but I also find that for most poeple poker is a better idea.Betting on sports is hard. most people I see dont do it properly' date=' in my opinion anyway, at all.Betting on sports takes a certain amount of foresight as well. For instance, after seeing that Oklahoma had lost a 6 year starting QB and most of its O-line....I decided to bet on Texas way in advance for this year's Red River Shootout. When i bet, OU was actually FAVORED by 2.5 points. I bet 500 dollars on Texas to win outright....getting 1.4-1 on my money. After OU lost to TC freaking U the line shifted dramatically....and I am sure after Texas beat the buckeyes it shifted even more....Texas is probably now favored in the game against OU by a fair margin, at least 4-5 points I am sure.By getting my money in before everyone else realized that OU was in for a down year, I was able to capitalize on a good situation.Sure, OU may win and it might all be for naught. But I like my chances and I am getting ridiculous odds.[/quote']Wow good for you! I guess if you put some thought into it... it could actually pay off... i'm usually thinking... I end up being a little less smart.... doing stuff like the canucks can beat the flames no problem... doh! Then the flames can beat Tamba Bay no problem... doh!
