Is it just me or or are those 180 man sit n' gos the most profitable thing on the net?

I don't think he meant that. I think he was just referring to the fact that you have to win races to win the ME, regardless of how talented you are. That's not to say Gold and Raymer aren't talented. They won their races, which is what you have to do.

I was running bad a couple of months ago and decided to take some time off because of how bad I was tiltiing. I would be on tilt at the beginning of sessions, still steaming from the last one. When I came back, I made a conscious effort to control my tilt factor. I work on it now like any other aspect of my game (which, admittedly, isn't great, but it's coming), and I'm having a lot of success. Tilting was a major weakness of mine before, now I think it's only moderate. I just kind of focus on not tilting, even before the beats and losses come, and then if they do, I handle it better. Wo

Mike Matusow always talks about beware of the min-raise. I don't think it's a terrible play. Especially if you have garbage, but you're pretty sure your opponent does too.

I'm new to pokerstars and missed it. I'm hoping to get in tomorrow. It'll be refreshing, since something about PS tournaments making me feel short stacked at all times.

Not my catch. I asked, a guy said "the best player in the world" and then I asked "isn't Chip's son named Casey?" I had no idea, just saw a guy putting a beating on Ram.Oh, I wanted to add, it looks like Ivey's got his whole Full Tilt bankroll on the table.

Ivey, Vaswani, and a guy named CaseyAttheBat who may or may not be Chip Reese.

I guess whether or not that's really Howard Lederer is up for debate, but whatever the case, the guy brings up a lot of good points. I've been on the fence with this, partially because I only understand the non-legal jargon parts. It's kind of weird, because there are two poker players that I follow like a sports team. One is Daniel, because I'm Canadian and because he's very charasmatic. I would have never started playing had I not caught him bluffing Freddy Deeb. The other is Howard, who without his DVD's, watching him play, and reading whatever it is I can find, I would be a far worse pl
