lol, yeah, i may register and unregister a couple times, but I'll start thinking about it a half hour early if I'm online at that point. At the EARLIEST!!I usually decide with about 2 minutes to go. -
I won't know if I'm playing on 4/4 at 14:00 ET until 4/4 at 13:30 ET...
-
I'm on it.Oh, wait, 4/4? I dunno yet.Starts at 14:00 ET. Anyone playing? -
Good plan. I think it may be heading the way of the "RIGGED!!!"That means I'm 1 for 1 on TP/MM posts. I think I might retire now while I'm undefeated. -
Yeah, I thought about that too, but I couldn't recommend it because I've never seen the rooms. I really liked the rooms and the service at the Wynn, but if I wasn't getting comped, I wouldn't have stayed. It would be worth it if I could afford it.Statosphere always has deals, but its at the far end of the strip. Poker is everywhere now.Have a great trip! -
If he's doing it from a purely mathematical standpoint for the cards that he's playing you are correct. However, from a metagame perspective, it could greatly increase the chances that he gets paid on a bigger hand.Stupid play.To win $433 he risked $5000. That play has to work 11 times out of 12 for it to be a profitable move. -
I win the pot. Have them mail it to me and I'll send them a picture of the ace of spades.

Another good place too look that not too many poker players have tried it seems is online casinos. There are a couple around that give you $500 free to play with for an hour and you get to keep whatever you win (if you make a $20 deposit, but you can try to win that on other sites if you can't find it elsewhere). The bonuses are a pain in the *** to clear, but if you can do it without going broke, you might be able to use it to build a roll. Video poker is your best bet on these sites, but if you get nutty and just feel like gambling, it's fun since it's not really your money. I hit a jackpot last week and cashed out a big chunk. You just have to remember that if you lose the $20 not to go back. There are tons of sites out there with no deposit promotions, so give it a shot.

I don't think he makes it with AA because he wants value out of his hand. It was probably a pure bravado play, but it was hilarious, and that's all that really matters.i didnt realize this was 5 handed...my bad.but i still dont think mike made a donk play, for him to come over the top with 7 2, the button must have been raising on the button a lot...he tried making a move, the bb happened to have a monster...mikey can get away with this kind of a move because he will make the same play in the same spot with AA. -
Dellaphobia.Alright I will phone NETeller in a while if no one seems to know.I guess I am just terrified of incompetent online support services. What would that phobia be called? -
All depends on what you can afford. Also, if you play anything other than poker, you may be able to get discounts/comps. I love the Wynn, but I'd never stay there if I was paying for it (without a significant increase in my bankroll first). I'd say one of the best places to stay for the money is the Nugget downtown. I like the Aladdin a lot too, I got a deal through hotels.com or some similar site last time I stayed there, and it's great. The MGM has a poker rate, but it's only something like 10% off the rack rate, which is still pretty pricey. Generally you are going to pay at least $150 a night on the strip, and it goes higher on weekends. Just pray that whenever you go there is no convention in town. Last time I went, the prices doubled or tripled because there was a huge convention there (over 100,000?).Going to vegas just wanted some input on where to stay and where not to stay and which hotel is the best bang for the buck. Thanks Marc -
Anyone else think Brosef would be a good name for a band? Not every new member is teneight, brosef. -

Neteller support is very easy to get a hold of by phone or on the web, they would probably best equipped to answer these questions. If this topic has already been posted before I am sorry and please direct me to it.I am tired of having my checks being held to be verified from banks and believe NETeller would be the most convenient way of dealing with online poker funds.I am from Canada and if I was to set up a NETeller account would it have to be in Canadian Dollars? Players have told me that they have their accounts in Canadian funds but this results in losing percentages of their money during exchange rates. An example is cashing out $1000 from PokerStars and then soon after trying to transfer $1000 to another account. It turns out their account has insufficient funds and they are short by even ~$20.I do not want to lose money to these exchange rates. If I am able to set up a NETeller account in USD would I be able to use a NETeller Debit Card in Canada using ATM machines? Also if there is a more efficient way and I am wrong please help. Thank you. -
The game is 5 handed, I might call with as little as 10s because Mikes raise seems so out of line.i never said the button needs aces or kings to call, i said the bb needs aces or kings to call...there is a reason why he tried making that play, and i dont think it was because he looked down at 7 2 and thought it would be pretty funny to win with that hand...and as far as the bolded part goes, im not sure what u exactly mean...he's facing a raise and a reraise and he would need less than the button to call with a bb invested in the pot? -
lol, i had to put it in a separate thread.Oh man watching matasow go all in preflop from the SB with 72 and got called by the BB AA was hilarious -

lol, earlier, devilfish said, "Omaha's not Phil's game"

KQ is not a premium hand. It's one of the most overrated hands in NLHE.KQ....got slammed twice in one night vs. AQ on a QQx flop.Oh, and AA has cost me a lot of money of late also. -
They look at the processes that are currently running when you are using the software (according to Party's website). They can't look at the hard drive (well, they could, but they say they don't).

That's what she said..That seems small to me. -
lol, such a great routine."that was goooood wasnt it? because i DID know i couldn't do that"(probly my favorite line from that performance)
lol, that's ****ing ridiculous. The F-Bomb is the penultimate poker sin -
Both of them made a lot of money in business. Phil Gordon's company sold to Cisco for $90 mil, and Paul P. found a leprechaun's pot of gold or something (his company was called go2net and he managed to cash out right before it went busto).Barry started playing NL in the Bay Area for supplemental income, but he decided to TP/MM instead of the 9-5. Symantec didn't really get huge until they switched to the antivirus business which, I'm sure was long after Barry left. I only know of two guys that made a lot of money that got to the company early and they were the cofounders.I think you're thinking of Paul P. or maybe that goofy looking guy from the celebrity poker show.
