Not only can Brad play very well, but his table manners, the way he handles chips, the way he mucks his hand, etc, he does all that in a very stylish way. And he knows all the tricks in the book: pretending to muck AA to a min reraise by Marco, or pretending to call to get a reaccion from Patrik by grabbing a bunch of chips and throwing them on the table (but not into the pot), etc.

That sucked, sorry about the bad beat.

Vanessa Rousso is so freaking annoying, she won't stop talking.

If I may, i would advice you to control the size of the pot when you get AA and KK in cash games. I mean, you don't have to go all-in at some point of the hand every time you get AA. If the board is not too draw heavy, check the flop once in a while if it's headsup. Think about it, when you have AA you really only have 1-pair. And in most big pots played until the river, 1 pair is not good enough.

I'm in. SN=Amélie.I'll be 8-tabling cash games at the same time, so I don't know how well I'll do.

Yeah, I know both PS and FT will pay for your instacash fees if you do the transaction through their cashiers.I deposited on Stars a few weeks ago using Neteller with the instacash option - so basically even though I had no money in NT at the time the money was routed instantly from my account through Neteller directly to Stars and I never paid the instacash fee. Not sure if anyone else has had that experience or if that is a way to get around paying the juice. -
zsta, can you let us know when we will be getting our registration fees and prizes? I appreciate all the work you did during the tournament but your lack of responses to TB17's concerns plus the lack of updates are a little alarming. Thanks.

You are refering to La Plata, which is about 150 miles north of Mar del Plata. Mar del Plata is a major tourist resort during the summer. Tons of super hot women. There is no major university in the city though. I'm also surprised by the number of Argentines playing poker online. I grew up there and was there just this summer. They are starting to have Holdem in their casinos. Minimum buy-in for the only table was $500, pretty high considering that my buddy with a college degree only makes $400 a month.you got me curious about mar del plata...it's actually a major city...capital of the buenes aires province...and has their biggest university...which is probably why there are all those college student poker players on stars -
That explanation is good enough. Thanks.Quarterfinals were weighed by round of 20 performance, then by preliminary performance. In addition, some people needed to play either one day or the other, which left us with the groups we have. If you would like me to explain it more throuroughly, PM me and I'd be happy to. -
Thanks for the compliment. But seriously, I know there are 2 winners (players who won on their first try in round of 20) on each side but based on preliminary round standings, how did #4, #16, #17 and #20 end up in one group, and #2, #3, #8 and #18 on the other group?More season 2 info is posted and playoff schedules are up.oh yeah... Well, I played the hand horribly. He was raising from the buttom every time. They do. Winner of table 1 plays against winner of table 2.3 vs 4101 vs 102243 vs 244, etc, etc, etcPstars should have a feature where they tell you who you play next. Something like, the winner of this table will face the winner of table (xxx) in the next round. That way you can rail your next match. I always wanted this feature when I play the HU MTT's, but in this event when the buyins 10X the normal MTT, I think it's even more critical. -
