This sounds like a tricky situation and hopefully doesn't happen to anyone... but in an emergency case like this, perhaps the 3rd place finisher should be moved up 1 spot and take seat #2 as this person would be the next "best" candidate according to the final results. The previous winner would then take the percentages of the 3rd place finisher and should send back the $2200 (if it has been received). Thoughts?
