  1. Definitely, they left it to us bc there aren't any endings that they could come up with that wouldn't upset us, no matter what. Anything they did with any closure would piss us off, so doing this is the best choice. I liked it, it didn't leave me disappointed bc I kind of feel like even though the show is over, the family is just continuing to live like always."Don't stop believing" was a great choice, it fit the mood they were trying to set for the end. And Phil's death=the nuts, they knew it had to be absolutely awesome bc anything simple would just not satisfy us in the final episode.

  2. I've heard that pretty much no one gets carded as long as you look 21 and aren't causing a bunch of problems for people. Just walk in and sit down and play and don't bother anyone. That only goes for cash games though. Tourneys will definitely card you.

  3. a 400 dollar suit
    :club:
A well tailored suit is super duper comfortable. Cheap suits are cheap because they're not tailored to your body. But man, a crisp cotton shirt and comfortable suit that breathes... FTW.
ftwjust do what makes you happy, whatever it is
  4. Im starting to agree with the courts when they say poker is a game of chance. Atleast in the terms of online poker. Live poker is a different story. Online poker is filled with nothing but donks that call all ins with any two cards and win about 80% of the times. for example i have had aces and queens both busted by J9os today when all the money goes allin preflop. One was for 250 bucks(AA). I dont know if there really is a program installed with the exe. files that makes you win alot fast then lose it all slowly but it happens to about 75% of the online players. No I am not just some newb who had an extremely bad month and is complaining. I have been semipro (mostly live play) for 2 years now and make alot of money doing this and online poker is getting rediculous. It is more luck than skill now. Im sure ill get flamed and some stupid people will probably do the stupid lock it up responce but i need to steam right now.....
Do you see what you did there?
  5. I prefer PXF actually. I like listening to Bax and Sheets significantly more than the CR people. Not only their voices but the quality of the audio is significantly better. The good thing about CR is that you can DL the videos and just watch them from your desktop whenever you want. The bad thing is the CR site is much slower and more unreliable than PXF, but I think they're working on that. Tourneys I would recommend PXF and CR is geared towards cash games.I think Bax and Sheets and the PXF people do a much better job with the videos. If you only care about mtts/sngs, go with PXF first. Cash games go with CR. Although I recommend doing both as they are great as a total package. I have both and it's one of the best things I've done. I haven't done a CR video in awhile as I've been really happy with my new subscription to PXF, but I definitely think they are both useful. It never hurts to get more than one view on the game.

  6. Okay, (Fixe Your Post). I guess you were refering to "a lot" and then "think" as opposed to "are" in the reply post. I thought that it was obvious that I wasn't referring to anybody that was already a pro. In their cases the question would be mute. (I figured that some of Daniels friends like Edog and Mike posted here, at least occasionally). How many pros post regularly here? Like I said, I figure probably Mike and Edog, maybe Wayne and Eric? Who else? Just curious.I guess "pro" would encompass anybody that makes a living (supporting yourself, not playing in your mom's basement) just playing poker. Are there really that many people that make a living just playing poker here? Is the money they make any good? Anything like a real job, say $100k a year or so? If so, do they have aspirations toward being an "elite player", like Daniel? KE
    lol at those two
