  1. Here is a link to the story on CourtTVhttp://www.courttv.com/al%5Froker/kids%5Fcards/I'll be watching.~Sublime
  2. This is one of the reasons I frequent his web site.~sublime
  3. Ohhh, classic.First time I smiled today. ~sublime
  4. What????Must have saw the post before I had a chance to fix it
  5. When I first saw this post I was going to post about how he should come way over the top and a majority of the other players would fall, then I read the rest of his replies and decided he should fold any pr higher then 6s all the time.Good luck OP...BTW - What site do you play on and what is you alias?~sublimeEDITED to correct spelling
  6. FYP.I can't think of a worse way to play this hand unless you were leading out and Farrelled it. Continuation bet on flop was called for if nothing else to see where you are. As for the river, you only have to have the best hand 1 out of 4 times to make this call correct. I wouldn't have been too worried about middle position at all. CALLPS - Since this is my first post in the stag section, I do have to say that I am a pretty agressive player as well but the above is how I would have played the hand.~sublime
  7. I don't think this is going to work. As big as the WSOP is the only real media outlet that would care about this is ESPN and they are part of the problem. Do you really believe that ESPN is going to make a mockery and report on the problems at the WSOP when this is one of thier cash cows?~sublime
  8. You did nothing wrong. Got all the money in with best hand. Just gotta suck it up and know he hit a 2 outer. This late in a tourney people will pust with top pair so you gotta think you have the best of it.~sublime
  9. wtf...29-Sep-05 £ 2,000 Heat 3World Speed Poker Open, London 1st £ 2,500 Was there 2 people in this tourney?~sublime
  10. I'm not sure which side you are arguing but I think the point of how good AK is based on how often it is domminated by another good hand. 22 is dominated by everyother pocket pair and is in a coinflip with everyother hand.Yet before you see the flop 2's beat AK EVERYTIME!AK MUST improve to beat 22..........22 doesn't need to improve to beat AK.hey I'm not saying AK is a bad hand, but too many people like the op.. think its a hand you should ALWAYS push with and its simply not the case. Your going to miss the flop something like 75% of the time with AK.So, if you hold 22 and the flop comes out
  11. weak-tight.Uh, no.you should play a hand that misses most flops out of position against a field? Where i come from we call that strong-stupid. I also assumed he was talking no limit.essayI disagree strongly - raise AK in the SB 4xBB+1BB/limper before you. Try to isolate by raising larger than normal. If you miss the flop and have more than two opponents, I agree check/fold. Against two opponents or less, continuation bet, and fold to a raise.DevThis is the best advice I have ever seen on this board. Of course it is exactly how I play it but awesome none the less. One of the things to remember
  12. I don't think the name is bad at all.I always wanted a cool name and got stuck with Paul (After Paul Newman). Most people call me by my last name anyways these days which is much better then Paul.My best friend dated this guy who's first name was Carnage!...WFT were his patients thinking?~sublime
