  1. I'm just a little jealous.... that's all......kid's tearing the WSOP apart.
  2. haha i will try that, every hand, you can bet your *** i will be there until the river only after snorting lines of cocaine on the table. Screw the break, this is the new plan.
  3. Great reply w/ the kegal exercises, priceless. Yeah actually I guess I can see where you're coming from though about the amount of hands played. In cash games I really haven't played very much which is where I keep getting bad beats. I've been pretty busy and just put money in here and there and that's when it happens. I've done fairly well in tournaments in that time span making a few final tables which has kept me in the positive area. I'm definatly going to take a break and come back and hopefully play some better poker. Thanks again guys.
  4. Thanks Dan for your response, a break is definatly in order. Yeah it is hard to take a break knowing the ways I'm losing, but hopefully it will help. Thanks everyone for their responses, good or bad.
  5. I know alot of people put up topics like the one I'm about to post, but I need to get this off my chest. I've been playing poker for awhile now and feel as though I'm a pretty decent player. I've paid for college for the past 3 years and hoping to do the same next year, but recently (past 6 months) I can't seem to win. Just in the past 5 days I've flopped top set and either lost to quads or straight or flush 15 times out of 23 according to poker tracker. I want to know how some of you can get a huge run going in cash games if this keeps happening. The past 6 months have just been horrible
  6. And now it has been moved back to 23:00 EST...... Maybe by next week I can play some online poker again.....
  7. Gotta love how they keep pushing the time back everytime it gets to their designated time to re start everything. If they don't hurry up, I'm going to find Mike Sexton and have a little talk with him......I need my poker fix
  8. Yeah, not too happy about it if I must say so myself. Hard to TP/MM with the website down....
  9. Awesome, thanks alot, thought it was tonight.
  10. yeah me too, this is horseshit, i have 100 more points until i get that accelerator bonus thing and it ends for this week tonight, it better come on before that.......
  11. how did you have the 10 of spades in your hand and then the 10 of spades was on the board??
  12. Alright, I just made a horrible call in my opinion obviously because of the outcome, but I was just looking for some opinions if I could've gotten away from this at any point during the hand. Thanks alot for any opinions that are given. And yes, I know raising with K 10 suited is stupid, but I'm a pretty aggressive player in a 6 handed game and raise quite often. ***** Hand History for Game 3870410561 *****0/0 Texas Hold'em Game Table (NL) - Sun Apr 02 01:50:14 EST 2006Table Top Secret (Real Money) -- Seat 3 is the buttonTotal number of players : 5Seat 2: DerrickC13 ( $147.11)Seat 3: vant05 (
  13. Yeah I hear ya. Alright my thinking on this was on the flop this guy would usually throw a bet out there no matter what and then check the flop if he didn't have anything. So my thinking was completely wrong. I should've raised the flop to see where I was at. I think that was my biggest mistake because had I raised, he probably would've re raise which would've let me know I was smoked. By just calling I got suckered into seeing the heart come for the flush draw and then the K. Once the turn came and he bet again I figured him for an over pair or a set, so I called to see if I could catch
