  1. Whats the name of these tourney on PS I always just see regular tourneys not deep stack.
  2. Ha!So what happens at the end? Finish up the story.Oh and cards should never be shown unless you get to a showdown, such bad etiquette.
  3. Nice.I know when I take really bad beats or am just confused as hell about what happend in a hand, I step back for a week or two and just ponder on what happens and I noticed it helped me plug up some leaks.Anyway great post I'm proud.
  4. YSALKYNLet me try this one.You suck at life kill yourself noob?
  5. YSALGGHBAB (if anyone can figure this one out I'll be impressed)How about "You Stupid Ass Looser, Go Get Hit By A Bus"
  6. 18 man Sng on PS250 left with the blinds 75/150Ended up taking secondNot incredible or anything but I was pretty short stacked against some big stacks about half way through.
  7. You know what I retract my previous post, yes I am very fond of the word douchebaggery but I hate playing with donks sometimes.I used to get mad blah blah blah over it now. I'm actually kind of glad he punked that guy.If some random guy came to my HG, and tried to ask me if I looked at my cards, I would laugh in his face and tell him to insert one stack of 20 chips down his throat and proceed to masterbate profusely.(SW)
  8. you sir, are a douchebag. yes, he should not have trusted you, but you also shoulda) not have outright lied. there are things you can do at the poker table that are more or less lies, but outright lying like that is simple douchebaggery.B) not cared so much about a home game. unless this home game is held at the bellagio and there are bracelets on the line, it should not mean so much to you that you should be lying to your friends (or friends of friends) just to win a pot.DanielWhat a great word. And yes his play was such.
  9. What the heck is omaha? Yes it's hold em, what other game do you get aces in? I think espn just say its the best starting hand because they want more suckers for their events. and saying 72 is the worst hand is just rediculous 23 is. Any idiot would know that ace king suited is the best hand because you can make royal flushes with it all the time.Is this guy serious? I hope not.I dont think you guys would know sarcasm if it came up behind you, slipped it in, neglected the reach around and added a donkey punch for a touch of class.11 posts and that's the best one yet.Well done.
  10. I was at a local B&M and happend to pick up a cardplayer and read an article written by Phil Hellmuth about laying down aces.I've yet to experience this, I guess I'm fortunate my aces usually hold up; Let me just find the article.Ah, here it is:http://www.cardplayer.com/poker_magazine/a...4576&m_id=65557
  11. wanna copy of my new 2005 version of witty comebacks?I fuckin' love you, that made my day....Sad.
  12. You've made 245 post since May and checking the page for a blog when you get to work in the morning is pathetic?OK, I've got you beat...When you get home after your 25 minute car ride from work and turn on your laptop to see what you've missed. I'm pathetic.Lol, wanna get some beers?
  13. ...When you get to work, the first thing you do is open up the forum and see if DN has made a new blog.I'm pathetic.
  14. I think you could concider this as bad "poker etiquette".The goal is to win, not check it down to a significant other or a complete stranger.Play your game regardless of who's in.You never know your wife could have paid you off and you might have taken a commanding chip lead?so yeah poker etiquette
  15. Another good one is Read 'em and Weep put together by James McManus/John Stravinsky. It's a series of essays about random poker stories and such. It's a great read. No strategies or anything in this one just true stories and interesting bs.
  16. The whole point of this thread was to point out a new payout structure for low limit tournaments on PS.How are all payouts relative?Usually on Stars with 700 players less payout.3 post, I'm finished.
  17. I think your problem may be your not tight enough.I used to think that I was tight folding my K10o and such but I watched a SnG specialist play, they are UBER tight. I'm talking almost no hands but aa-10's in early position and so on.If you keep folding your SB early on in the tournament, and only enter a pot raising you'll get some respect.I also learned not to bet into a coordinated board. If the flop comes out Kd Jc 10c, usually you throw out a feeler bet or a continuation bet, but if you have KQ someone may have hit a flush draw KJ hit top two.If this same situation happens and you are in
