4th in progress... Barry is up 2-1.Stud and pot limit omaha
-
I'm not sure if you can measure the degree to which a decision is bad. You need 300X BB to play limit poker. What you do with this info. is your decision.

hey this is a pretty good article. needs a little editing though. thanks for the link.I could watch your avatar all day

your bankroll is getting ripped because you do not posses the very basic fundamental concepts of poker. Your statements are so void of logic I'm not sure where to begin. Stop concentrating on building your bankroll. Try focusing on playing good poker. Take 2 months off as y0u read these books. Calm down. My sense is that you are about 14.

RichI think daniel is getting bent out of shape over nothing there. (Whereas on the unabomber thing I agree with him fully) There are plenty of people in the world with the name Jesus. The nickname solely refers to his appearance. Would you be mad if they nicknamed a guy Moses? Especially if it was only because he looked like Charlton Heston did in the Ten Commandments? I think not. Jesus is just a nickname that has stuck and it hurts no one.Amen

Each of us ask this question of ourselves at services each week.

so there is nothing wrong with having 200X BB and 67% of your BR in play?
-
I know the standard rule is that 300X BB is what is needed for a bankroll, but does this take into account playing more than one table at a time online? For example, if I want to play 2/4 and have a $1,200 BR, does this support playing 4 tables at once? If I bring 50X BB to each table it seems like I am risking alot of the BR at once. Thanks for the insight.

Seriously, what medically do you think is wrong with her?Borderline person?Manic-depressive?Schizophenia?Maybe I'll do a poll...
-
it doesn't allow you to double-down
-
then give each of the 6,600 people odds, and I'll take the field. That should pay atleast 20-1
-
finally, a hand Daniel can play
-
This is a stupid bet. You'd have to offer me 20-1 for this to be a good bet.try 600:1

CM 1 = -250,000CM 2 = +500,000CM 3 = -200,000CM 4 = -500,000CM 5 = -500,000-950,000Regardless how you spin it, it is a chunk of change.

What happened to the last challenge match with Barry? I think they were play 7 stud and last I heard DN was down like $230K?
-
I like to think I keep it real, but thanks for the suggestion.

Since his 48th cash, Phil really has lived up to his prediction of too many more has he?Surprised he hasn't taken up Daniel for heads-up Hold Em
-
He doesn't suck. He is a jerk.

obviously my point was lost entirely on you. you said you can't play pro poker unless you play $20-$40 or higher. that's absolutely ridiculous. my point was that you can make over $50k/yr playing as low as $2-$4 if you're a prop player. maybe you think that's 'not considered a good wage' but it's five times minimum wage and it's double the national average income. not sure what world you're living in. furthermore you can make nearly $80k/yr propping $5-$10 which is certainly decent income and you can do that with a $3k bankroll. maybe some pros keep six months living expenses but most d
