  1. I sent in my designs before i had a chance to look at everyone elses, now i realize im drawing dead so to speak. tt. It looked pretty cool before i saw everyone elses. I probably should have just gone with my roomates idea of a pic of some dude banging a chick without a condom [Full Contact Poke Her]. Whatever, we had a good laugh.
  2. Ok, as for the argument about the tourny of champions shootout proving how awesome Annie Duke is, it barely even matters. She got so lucky to win that event, not that it didnt take skill but my god did she get lucky. SHe had to win like 4-5 coinflips just to stay alive. She beat howards KK with AQ, howards 77 with 66 and won a bunch of 50% shots before that were for her tournament life. The cards just went her way all night. I happen to agree with Hellmuth that she was a longshot to win that tourny. SHe is a great Omaha HiLo player, but as far as NL holdem, shes no brunson. I still don
  3. I did not rule out JJ because i sometimes do that on PartyPoker, ridiculously overbet when an obvious draw hit, so ill get PIAD if they hit.
  4. Sorry abou the delay, mideterms, sleep, parties go in the way  Anyway, the guy had the ****ing A 10 . i almost fell over laughing, it was pretty funny. Anyway, i had personally put him on wither KK without a spade or QQ with or without a spade. But i was wrong. Thanks for the guesses.
  5. Im playing a 40$ buyin game at UCLA with a few guys who i know and one guy ive never played with before. Anyway, bunch of people lose and there are only 4 people still left at the table. I have about 160$ and new guy has maybe 70$. Im on the button and he is UTG (4 handed though) with the blinds still at .5-1$. He opens with 4 to go, and the usual steal raise is about 3 so im not sure just what he has, but i look down and see the A 10 and call. SB and BB fold and the flop comes J 8 8 and he leads out for 5$ and I think about it for a second and just smooth call. Next card is t
  6. I love both these players but i would SOOOO much more afraid sitting to the right of hansen than juanda. Both incredible tournament players but since i have to choose, i say gus.
  7. That list barely even offers a second option. Hellmuth touts himself as the best player and the media plays into his hand. Did he win anything at this years WSOP? He won the main in what? 1989? 16 years ago. He still got his own little three minute interview section during the tourny, still got invited to the tourny of champs shoutout (before daniel was, wtf??) Hellmuth is a good player, but if i had to make a list of the ten best players in my head, he wouldnt be on it. He doesnt appear to be much of a sach player or anything but NL holdem player for that matter. Annie Duke and Evelyn
  8. Does anybody know about any good bay area casino/ card rooms (preferably ones that dont look at IDs to close) or even better an 18 year old one.
  9. In my opinion, unless the tourny pays only 4 places and you need the money to feed your newborn baby then why would you want him to fold here. After you see him deliberating, you know he doesnt have you beat unless its something marginal like 22 or 33 which he'll probably fold anyway since it cant solidly beat any hands, even the ones you might be stealing with and he might be dominated. Furthermore, once he thinks so long about it theres a real good chance that hes got a worse A or a worse K, and if he doesnt and hes not holding a middle pair then your a huge favorite against him, like 2-1
  10. Thanks for responses, all insightful. But here are a few more reasons that I decided to go all in. If i knew for sure that I could be the first one to enter the pot on the button the very next hand, i would probably fold k2 and go in with absolutely anything on the next hand, but that was anything but a certainty. The decision to raise the pot would first be up to a medium stack, another very shortstacked player liable to push all in and the maniac on the very next hand, (and id say that at least 70% of pots were being raised preflop) which would put me in the same situation only without mo
  11. I should have clarified that i am shortstacked as the average of the 6 players that arnt the maniac is probably around 3500-4500 and the maniac has maybe 20,000 in chips. The BB only has around 2700-3000 left and i am virtually positive that he isnt coming in behind me unless he picks up qq, kk, or AA, given my knowledge of the player he would likely fold AQ and even AK here. I am either the most or 2nd most shortstacked in chips on the table.
  12. Ok, heres the situation, im in a multi table tourny which pays out to 6 players and there are now six players left. The blinds are 250-500 with a 50 ante and my stack is 1750 with 250 in the SB. I know that no matter what, if everyone folds im moving in on the big blind. The cutoff seat who plays like a maniac has been raiseing every hand with absolute anything and everything but is a huge chip leader raises 1000 on top making ot 1500 to go. I look down in the SB and find K2 offsuit. I know that this hand doesnt make hellmuths top 15 hands or any of sklanskys charts but i honestly believe
