  1. I'm really not sure why I'm responding to this, but it has me laughing pretty hard so I'll give it a try: Dude, you are comparing apples to Norweigan Frankfurters! When I played at the win I was going all in BLIND. BLIND!!! You call that flipping coins in a 50-50 situation? I'm all in with a random hand in a 10 handed game, and others can wait for a hand like QQ. They get QQ, I get 10-3 off suit. That's a coinflip to you? Man, on second though, why did I even bother replying to this post. It's not that funny at all...Daniel, let me see if I can explain this to you in a way that you mi
  2. Translation: "Come enter the mind of a donkey" 60% , 70% - I think the answer is a resounding yes, every fn time The point is Joe, you can't understand the most simple of mathematics involved in poker so why not let it go before you embarass yourself a little more Ahhh... the single biggest thing that a SKILLFUL player does is get his money in as a favourite. What don't you get about that you muppet. Seriously, how can you be that daft and still operate a keyboard? I'm pretty sure he does understand it and has tried to explain the BIGGER PICTURE so that even people on the short bus with yo

  4. Are you serious? Dreamclown asked DN to rebuy to the full amount. How is THAT a hit and run? Do you understand that several online players are standing in line waiting for their chance at Daniel? Heck, Jennicide took Daniel's roll in the 100/200 game on Stars in about 10 minutes! That should tell you something about your boy's play.
  5. You're wrong. Absolutely wrong. Daniel was making the argument that the better players have the advantage IF the blinds & pots stay small. Then, he goes on to say how he kept on raising people all-in (putting them to a flip). He goes on to explain how great it was for those at the table to be able to play their $2k for a chance at his $150k, and how big of an advantage it was for them because HE was the one taking the big risk. I'm not going to argue with the fanboy nation. Just pointing out the hypocricy. Class dismissed.jNo your wrong. Absolutely wrong. In the nl game nobody has to put

  7. Funny you say this Daniel, but as I pointed out on NWP, you made the complete opposite argument when you were on the OTHER end of the "stack" in your lame "tourist" post. The one where you so proudly claimed how great a guy you were by giving all the tourist at a 5/10 game a chance to flip their entire stack (trip money/mortgage money, etc) for a chance at your 150k stack. Funny, but back then you seemed to think that the short stacks were the one with the "big" advantage! Seems a bit hypocritical to me.So, what again were you trying to teach?
  8. Check out:http://www.jennicide.com/orhttp://www.neverwinpoker.com
  9. Guess he's scared of Neverwin..... :?
  10. what's Daniel's screen name? Looks like Neverwin has joined the fun.
  11. I think you're confused. The OP isn't talking about min raising when the blinds have increased. This can be a beneficial play with certain hands. He/she is talking about min raising when the blinds are $10/20/30, etc. It's ridiculous. Everyone limps, then someone in LP bumps it up 1BB. So dumb. It doesn't build the pot, it doesn't commit anyone, and no one is going to drop out. It's just annoying.
  12. I was thinking the same thing while reading the blog.Especially when I hear stuff like:"He gave me no promises that the schedule would in fact change, but he did say that he is going to rip it apart if he had to."That just sounds like pillow talk to me.I'm not saying that he should promise to change the schedule. But, when someone is sounding too eager to please or too on my side about an issue, it makes me think they're just telling me what I want to hear.Hopefully this isn't the case, and things will improve.I seriously doubt they will change the '06 schedule, but maybe there's hope for next
  13. I'm sorry, but I'm just not buying into Daniel's explanation. I understand all of his points, but it was still an a$$hole move. He says it's not an advantage, but that's not true. There are so many examples where he's putting the other players in a bad situation. If Daniel moves in for 100k, and you've doubled your 2k buy-in to 4k, and you have top pair, would you call? How about 2nd pair? What if you're first to bet, and Daniel is behind you? You can't force him out with a big bet. He's taking pots away from you when normally you could take them down. I can see how it could be a positive situ
  14. Don't even pay any attention to the "regulars" around here that are giving you any crap. They're all hypocrite's anyway. Believe me, they're just as much if not more of "fanboys" then you! They just try to conceal it a little. Well.... until someone says something derogatory about Daniel, or until he writes a journal entry, then it's: "Oh gosh Danny, you're soooo right about how good it feels to get it in the a$$. I agreeeeeee 100%. You are my hero!" Trust me, you'll fit right in around here, just keep posting more.
  15. Sounds like she took a liking to Daniel. This sounds completely shallow, but I would try to tap that before folding the nuts to Lori.
  16. Couldn't be. Danica Patrick has some meat on her bones. I could probably snap that avatar chick in half with one hand :green: The war thing I think is clearly no big deal. I also don't see the problem with Jesus, but arguably the Unabomber is in poor taste.Meat on her bones? She barely weighs 100lbs! Have you seen her host the speed channel, or her pics in the bikini? Holy Jesus! (sorry Daniel)
  17. You obviously just don't understand the difference between something offensive and something used as a figure of speech... Read Governators post if this confuses you.Do you think that some men & women in "real" combat, or those that have lost love ones in "real" war, might find the comparison offensive? Regardless, I guess Danny-boy should've brought some additional ammo for this "war". btw - is that Danica Patrick in your avatar?
  18. The problem is what you a$$ lickers are failing to understand is that your beloved DANIEL is the one that started this whole PC stand against the nicknames and references! Then he talks about going to war, destroying people, and gutting them. Completely hypocritical. Nothing different then him talking about religion, starvation, and/or racism. Daniel always preaching to others about how they should live and act, but then completely contradicts himself by his own actions. That's the point.
  19. Sometimes I actually feel bad for Daniel because the guy can't catch a break no matter what he writes. It's pretty bad when you go out shopping to release some stress, and you get an incredible guilt trip. On a much lighter side, Daniel are you getting any fashion advice? Please don't buy the exact same style of shirts in an assortment of colors. That's beyond gay. Pants you can get away with, but shirts are a big no-no. Second, I'm all about metro-sexuality, but you seem to be embracing this a little too much. Third, you should mix some "man-ly" clothes in your wardrobe. Women like
  20. Agree, and as Daniel would say it: "Dude, it's gay dude."
  21. I don't think I've ever read so much dlck suking in one thread:"Daniel you've changed my life."ummm..... he's a poker player."I'm so impressed how incredibly you've handled yourself."Yeah, and he's whined about every bad beat, tournament structure, buy-in amounts, facilities, staff, players, and even fans!"I love you Daniel"Some of you may want to seek help, or possibly become Michael Jackson fans instead. Take a trip to Neverland. You will probably find what you're looking for there.
  22. I think it's funny how people of faith are always able to construe the word of god so that it appears to agree with their beliefs. In fact, almost all the people that I've met that are born again, or "saved", often pick and choose the "parts" that agree with their beliefs, or what's convenient for them at the time.
  23. Daniel is acting like a bit of a baby to me. Why would he want that type of atmosphere? Wouldn't he rather have the WSOP held in church that served veggies and bottled water? Maybe he should give BINGO a shot?
  24. [/b]Raymer is outPokerwire:Webber Kang takes out Greg RaymerGreg Raymer pushed in pre-flop for 140k and was called by Webber Kang. Kang turned up [A♠][J♣] and Raymer showed pocket [3♥][3♣]. The flop came [Jd][6♠][9♥] giving Kang a pair of [J]'s to take the lead. Raymer caught no help on the turn, [Q♠], or the river, [4d] and was sent home in 6th for $119,450.
  25. Well, if you would like to give me a free lesson then I would gladly accept. Let's play heads up. I'll start with $100 and you start with $20. And if I win, I get the $20 and you give me the additional $80. Let me know when.
