Tiger is really out of sorts, I expect him to make a comeback next year, but we'll see.How about that ruling on Dustin Johnson. Sucks to be him, but he should have read the rules. Apprently there was a sheet that went out telling them specifically about this type of thing. There really is no one to blame but himself. I really don't understand how people don't get that. They are saying that this is a bad call, but IMO it was a great call and he will learn from this and have many wins in his future! That guy can hit it a mile and he has a great short game.

I was actually going to bring this up. What are your feeling on those who would bomb abortion clinics? Do you think that there should be no churches near abortion clinics? Or if a church wanted to build next to a bombed abortion clinic, then that too would be wrong morally, but right constitutionally? -
about the same time dr's were needed

Legalising Marijuana In California?
dapokerbum replied to Sweet's topic in Politics, Economics and News
I would like to disagree with this post. As I saw it Jeep was and has been giving direct questions and useful data to support the legalization of pot, while BG has been ... well he's been like himself in that he only answers what he wants to answer and with the rest he likes to make a joke so that people will laugh with him. Which is what one tends to do with a lot of BG's posts. Frankly I have found some of Jeeps arguments to be persuasive and wondered what someone such as BG thinks ... and we never really get to hear what BG thinks ... or do we? -

I wish that there was some way to ease that kind of thing. It never will because it sounds like the guy covered his tracks pretty well. It also sounds like he has done a lot for the alaskan people. However, if there was any kind of shenanigans going on I would like to see some backbone and have the Senator and his wife and his kids stripped of the money. Either from fines, or just the good ol american goverment way and take it! -

I was pretty sure it was a recycled joke ... but I had never heard it and thought there might be others out there who had not heard it either. -

Got this today and thought it was funny. The Queen's RiddleBarack Obama met with the Queen of England. He asked her, "Your Majesty, how do you run such anefficient government? Are there any tips you can give to me?""Well," said the Queen, "the most important thing is tosurround yourself with intelligent people."Obama frowned, and then asked, "But how do I know thepeople around me are really intelligent?"The Queen took a sip of tea. "Oh, that's easy; youjust ask them to answer an intelligent riddle." The Queen pushed a button on her intercom. "Please send Tony Blair in here, would you?"Tony Blair -
Was talking about this today and my friend said he read somewhere that the kids clothing were different at the end which would lead to the conclusion that it is not a dream level. Although, in a dream things can change from how we first perceived them. Also, they made it sound like the top hit a wobble at the very end but again we don't really care anymore if the top spins out or not.

Got my new disc golf bag yesterday and yes all 20 of my discs fit with room for about three more if I really squeezed them in. Really stoked to not have to leave any discs at the house. I was switching out a few drivers and mid ranges every few months and sometimes I really wanted a disc that was at the house. No more of that! Also, played three rounds this weekend. Posted a +3, +3, and +4

What Books Are You Guys Reading?
dapokerbum replied to LadyGrey's topic in Entertainment: Television, Movies & Music
Just started to re read "The Hobbit". It's been well over ten years since I picked it up, so it should be a fun read. -
I watched it last night as well. I read some reviews today and found some of it neat ... but when I saw it my first reaction was that Saito was the grand orchestrator. From the first scene and through the whole movie he seemed to be there when Cobb needed him most. It was Saito who told Cobb that he could get him out of his troubles one way or the other, which to me said that he had a grand plan from the beginning. My thoughts were that while he was in Limbo he was building the world for Cobb, so that when Cobb found himself on the airplane he was actually into the dream world that Saito b

Iraq combat ending? Cutting the troop size to 50,000 on Aug 31. Is this where political ideals outweigh what is really happening or is it really time to cut the cord and just let another dictator rise to power there. -
Played an okay round today ... no real blow up holes. +2 to end the day. Just bought a Fade Tournament bag. I keep buying more discs and now have about 20 total. I think i will stop buying for now, but on the website I bought from you got $5 off if you spent $60 ... so i had to buy a Champion Aviar as well. I liked my KC Pro Aviar, but lost it a few months ago, so we'll see how this one does. I just put my Champion Orc back in the bag after trading it out for the Firebird and I was really getting some strong drives out of it. I think it may be back in my top three favorites ... which ar
