Very interested in how your progress at the cooking school goes, Jeff. Not sure if most of your other readers would like it, but I'd like some detailed recaps of the stuff you guys are learning as you learn it. Things you didn't know, things you did.. things that surprised you and so on. Are you using The Professional Chef as your textbook?

He's pretty indifferent now. At first it was, "Can we leave Hayden in the car? PLEASE," followed by this look that kinda said, "I said please, so you pretty much have to leave him in here.""But, he's more willing to help out now.. I think he figured out that Hayden's not quite mobile enough to get into his shit and steal his toys yet. That will probably change, though.

Hayden's middle name is Svend (and most of my family calls him little Svend) after his great grandpa(my grandpa). My grandpa's nickname as a kid was Sneeber, so it just kinda happened that way.

Iowa and Ohio State in BCS Bowls this year. Indiana will surprise, IMO.. 7-9 wins. Michigan will still be garbage. Bring on Nebraska. Holler.
