  1. I'm still waiting for my 'bodog gear' from them. They didn't even have their area set up at the WSOP when I was out there for event 2. They called me, and told me where to pick up my stuff, and there were guys building the area. I called back, and was hung up on. I emailed "serge" and was told my stuff would be mailed to me. Well, event #2 was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard squat from them. I'm done playing there.

  2. If you guys want to get into a $1500 event, Bodog is the way to go!!I just won my way in last night. I'm so freakin' psyched I can't even describe it.$50+4 , 33 entries. = $2500 guaranteed package. Bodog runs these $50+4 daily.5:05PM 7:05PM 9:05PM 11:05PM EasternThe overlay on these are fantastic! I've seen alot of 27 entry ones completed. Now I just need to figure out which event I want to enter.

  3. wait, why did we check the turn?????
I may be way offbase here, but here's why I think we check the turn:We may have top pair, but our opponent may too. Our kicker sucks. Our flush draw is nice, but when our opponent has us outkicked we're almost a 3-1 underdog and pretty much need the flush to hit to win.
  4. you might as well just buy the ****ing thing. most bonus offers pay out more than $50 and the software is only $50 on the site and they accept neteller transfers.biatch.
The beauty of PSO is, you still get the bonus, and get the PT or whatever gift.BTW, I got my PT through PSO, no problem!!! The PT people partner with PSO and know the deal, so it's smooth sailing.
  5. Today I played a couple Single Table Satellites at the Borgata trying to get into the main event there. I was doing pretty good playing SQUEAKY tight in the $250 + 20 until this hand:I'm in the BB with about 6.5K in chips (started with 4k). Blinds are at 400/800. 7 players remaining. Cutoff Raises all-in (about 2K). I check my cards at this point and see QQ. CO has played very conservatively, but always weak post-flop. Small blind Re-Raises All-in and has me covered. These two went at each other earlier and both had AK, with the SB being the aggresor. The SB is a VERY solid player. TAG and knows when to throw away a hand. This looks like the SB wants to Isolate. Why would he want to isolate I ask myself. Something tells me, he's got middle to medium pocket pairs (88 thru JJ) or AK. Why else would he isolate? So I called. He had KK, and the CutOff had QJo taking one of my queens.KK holds up, and I'm done.So,........Does my logic make sense for calling the All-In? I didn't see him having KK or AA, as he would WANT me to call it, right?-------side note: heard the dealers talking about the guy that took the first event (500 I think?). Anyway, the guy wins $171K and leaves the dealers a $28 dollar tip. The one dealer was livid talking about it. But he also said how well Daniel tipped when he won the Borgata Main Event, which is great to hear.

  6. Actually this isn't much of a strategy question, as the sat structure for this tourney turns out to be halfway decent, but....Anybody ever play a $300 - 500 buy in satellite for a big event? How's the competition? I've played a $50 before, and the competition was weak (calling an allin river bet with J high), but the structure sucked so hard. But I have the urge to go to Atlantic City next weekend and try to win my way into the Borgata Winter Poker Open. I guess that's my main Q. Competition weak or strong in a $300 - 500 buy-in satellite? My only other experience with an entry fee that high would be at Party for the PPM $150 entry.

  7. I haven't signed up yet, but it should be as simple as:All you really need to do is to configure the auto import to autoimport from the FCP site as well. Just click the auto-impor of pokerroom, then click configure DB file, add the file for the new site without deleting your old one.then, in your ring game stats page, go to the aliases button, and add your FCP alias.

  8. It's sad that I can still steal blinds from early position with 68 suited.
Bleh, I just read that , and tried to steal with 79 suited in mp, only to be re-raised by the BB with TT. I call, a high card of 7 on the flop makes me call it, I drop to 1400 in chips.Just went out with ducks vs AT. A on the turn. 388th
