  1. put that in your browser and smoke it.....
  2. That's funny, because I am a real estate appraiser and when I'm teaching classes, I use the line "There's NO ONE who dreams of becoming a real estate appraiser as a kid..."Thanks for shattering my schtick...Yeah, the benefits of working million + homes are great, but it's mostly hum drum...
  3. yeah, your property taxes SUCK there... at least here there only about 1% of value...
  4. Ditto, at least 300K in a "liveable" part of Denver.... I thought you could only get prices like that in Oklahoma, or Arkansas...
  5. Cardboard...or IN A VAN, DOWN BY THE RIVER!!!'01 Audi A4. Whouda thunk it on a gov't salary.....
  6. Get the massage, it was really worth it, orgasmic. Only down side was wiping of the cards before I mucked....I'm thoughtful.Finished 14th of 87 on Saturday night, 4 from the cash. Good win, there are some good players there.
  7. Thanks Smacc,My fiance' and her girls think I'm a keeper so I suppose that's all that truly matters....For all you Army personnel who are headed to Vegas, for lower buy-in tournaments, Orleans has the best structures, and some of the worst payouts. The new Caesars room is incredible and their tournament has 40 min. levels, but the blinds go up huge after each level. But the massage while playing was the best $20 spent besides actual buy-ins.
  8. long time lurker. made reference to being a government employee many moons ago and was flamed out of the building. Enjoy the humor throughout all the forums.Custom mentioned something about "illegal" activites when I mentioned it, and NO, I still don't work for the IRS.Nice to meet you again, dna. That's who the f' I am...
  9. c'mon man, statistically, the hands are different EVERYTIME, don't you get it  (sw)Burn cards are rigged.
  10. Good article, thanks. that's actually what I thought I meant by playing loose preflop is drawing hands, my bad. Also, I was referring to better redraws, because I have won a few hands, and lost a few where I flop two-pair, but don't have a straight or flush draw, and can't count on filling up. The river usually brings some kind of draw, again flush or straight. What about with 3 pair? Set vs. straight or flush draw.Any basic thoughts there? Push or check call? Thanks again.P.S. I DO realize that these situations warrant a "it depends" but normally I have found a way to give a basic, if all
  11. My guess is that he kept RE-raising back until he had all of his money in the middle, and then in his opponents roll.It was probably limit, and he didn't get the fact that he was beat....again, down the road.
