  2. Playing on Wednesday nights gets in the way of watching the WPT. Please move it to Tuesday.
  3. Just registered. I hope I get home in time to play.
  4. Taking time to make a call is not slowrolling. I don't think you understand what it means. Also, have you never lost a pot when holding AA? It isn't always an automatic call.
  5. I had a guy like that show up at the regular home game I play at every other Saturday Night. He was some one's "friend from work" and showed up already after having a little too much to drink. His name was Chism, so we decided to call him Skip. (Anyone who's name is that close to jism needs a nickname.) He kept drinking the whole night and got on a few people's nerves. He had no idea what he was doing, which bothered a lot of the serious players at the table. I didn't mind him at all. As long as he wants to give his money away, I will keep playing with him. I hope he shows up every nig
  6. I watched you play last Sunday. I'm thinking about playing in the $100K next weekend myself. By far Bodog has been the most profitable site for me. I'm hesitant to tell people about it too. It's like having my own little private fish pool and I don't want to share.
  7. Congratulations Josh........I have been a fan of yours for quite some time, but I now consider myself to be a true Josh Arieh Groupie. Good Luck for the rest of the WSOP.
  8. LOL...........his updates from today's event should be interesting.
  9. Date / Time: 2005-06-15 18:01:00 Title: The Josh Arieh Show Log: Hand 75 - Ferguson has the button in seat 6, and he raises to $24,000, and Arieh calls. The flop comes Qd-Jd-4s, Arieh bets $56,000, and Ferguson folds. Hand 76 - Arieh has the button in seat 2, and he raises to $25,000, winning the blinds. No kidding...it is turning into Josh's show :-)
  10. Tournament Director Johnny Grooms provides the following chip counts: 1. Josh Arieh - $655,000 (seat 2) 2. Chris "Jesus" Ferguson - $247,000 (seat 6) 3. Tony Sevnsom - $192,000 (seat 4) 4. Ronald Graham - $123,000 (seat 5) YES!!
  11. "Hand 19 - Colclough has the button in seat 9, he calls for $6,000, Arieh raises, and Colclough calls. The flop comes Jc-Js-8s, Arieh bets $14,000, and Colclough calls all in. Arieh shows As-Qh-10s-9s (straight draw, flush draw), while Colclough has Qd-Jh-9c-5h (trip jacks). The turn card is the 4s, and Colclough needs to catch a five, nine, or queen to stay alive. The river card is the 10d, and Dave Colclough is eliminated in seventh place, earning $46,225."Josh seems like he is really in control right now. GO JOSH!!!!!!
  12. Oh come on....he looked good. Good interview too.
  13. And another thread that started off good bites the dust.
  14. If you don't want to read about him.........stop reading and replying in every post that mentions his name.
  15. Nice first post.....you might want to be careful. Us Josh Arieh fans tend to hold a grudge.
  16. How late do they usually play on the first day of an event?I'm not sure how much later I can stay up (yawn)
  17. My favorite quote from my favorite Doyle Brunson home game story:After examining the unconcious young man on the floor of the basement, the medical student asked," What happened, anyway?"Doyle Brunson and the two other poker players replied," He forgot to ante."
  18. The very few updates of found of the Stud event on cardplayer and poker wire have made no mention of Daniel being there. Does anyone know if he is evening playing?
  19. Beware Travis......he could be a stalker :shock:I've been meaning to post a pic of myself as my avatar. I'll do that soon. You'll probably see me in the crowd of a couple upcoming WPT events too. Bellagio-when Tuan Le won and the Battle of Champions event. Maybe one day I'll be on the show...playing...not just looking like a fool watching others play.-TravisWhen that happens do you promise to hire your own assitant to post updates for us? With out you here to keep us updated on what is happening, some of us may have to actually "get lives".
  20. Beware Travis......he could be a stalker
  21. People who are fans of Josh Arieh will be interested in this....people who aren't fans of his will not be interested. It's not that complicated.
