  1. Very nice link... I wish I had come up with this idea.
  2. I really am not the biggest Matusow fan, but would love to see him win this thing. The ratings on ESPN would be huge and it's good to have a villain to love to hate. I cannot wait to see the stuff that he says to the other players at the table. I await classic lines.
  3. Smash and JustBlaze... who did you sign up with for the EuroBet rakeback?
  4. I didnt want anyone to think that I was spamming the site by reffering to Empire. But yes, on Tuesday they are offering the re-load bonus thing. So it's ok if I pull $200 out now and then throw it right back in there on Tuesday? I read the terms and conditions and nothing was stated to prevent this. Thanks for the help guys.
  5. A site is offering a 50% reload bonus and I have a decent amount of money in the account but none currently in my netteller one. Can I withdraw money from the site back to netteller and then re-deposit it to take advantage of the reload? Is this allowed? Because I can easily take $200 out of my roll and then put it right back in for a 50% deposit bonus to make $100. Has anyone else done this in the past?
  6. then how can i view the stats at the other tables? It says to click the '+' to add threads and it only lists the threads where I have a session. Could you please tell me how to see the stats without sitting down?
  7. Hi guys, frequent lurker here who just discovered today that my favorite PT add-on is now going to cost $50. I have been tinkering around with GT+ now and just have some questions about how to use it. Major Question: Is there any way to get the stats displayed on the other players at a table without ever sitting down at the table OR do I have to buy in and sit-down in order for the stats to appear? I used Playerview to observe tables and see the table data before sitting down... is this now gone? It's going to suck to have to sit down at a table before seeing that I am playing with 3 other

  9. I completely agree with Dmoney's post here... the key in the early rounds is to not get too cute with your cards. Just take it easy, stay calm, and get a feel for your table. Another important thing as mentioned earlier is to be sure to take advantage of your opponent's skill level... this also ties in with the don't get too cute thing. Along with skill level... keep an eye on your opponent's stack... this has a big effect on my decision to play some marginal hands.Harrington on Hold Em is an amazing book... if you have time, you may want to skim through it beforehand. If not, be sure to

  11. Just frustrated after losing with KK for the 4th time in two hours... I just need to vent with this hand... I have PlayerView running all the time so never felt I was in danger of running into a character with AA. The whole table was raising and seeing the flop with just about any two cards. Maybe I should have feared someone with a small pair flopping a set but the two people that were raising were raising with anything. Would you all have played this the same way?Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converterPreflop: Hero is MP2 with Kd, Kc. UTG calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, Hero raises, 2
  12. Like others had mentioned before, this could be an issue if it happens when you are holding some good cards. However, if your hands shake all the time it really shouldnt matter.Just take some long deep breaths in between hands and try to relax about things. Poker is played to make money... though most of us play because we enjoy it so much. Be sure that you are playing well within your bankroll and your shakes should go away because you are playing with money you can afford to lose. And know that if you are playing smart, you will be getting the best of it in the long run.
  13. The Smith fella has over 2 million at this point... he is the chip leader by far at this point. Raymerdoubled up but we don't know what his stack was beforehand... I think that Ivey had a pretty big chip lead over Raymer to be calling an all in raise with A9 preflop against a player like Raymer who enjoys the coin flip situations. Raymer made a great move here and it paid off for him but I wouldn't count Ivey out just yet... or be saying that Raymer is the chip leader. We should be getting the final chip counts within the hour when play ends for the day.
