  1. OK. Did what you guys suggested, but only played 3 tables of 6-max just to test the waters. Was still able to keep an eye on the aggrotards, but every time I found myself in a tight decision spot, I was having to do it on all 3 tables at the same time, so I probably lost out on a bit, but still made $6.64 in 1:45, and made profit on all 3 tables. Here was the best hand of the night. I think the pot sized bet was too much here, because I am only getting called by better. At the time I thought it was ok, but after review, I think about 1/3 - 1/2 would have been better here. Thoughts?? One of the
  2. Thanks for the inputs. I was trying not to robo-poker but actually pay attention to the players. It is nice when you have that spaz at the table who overbet shoves all the time, and you are not afraid to make a $3 call on him with a .16 pot. But, I see what you are saying though. I feel like I probably could increase the tables a bit because at that level it really is all about position and bet sizing. Any aggression by opponents generally mean they have it. I'll try 3-4 tables for the next week and see how things go. I use to play 4-6 SNGs at the beginning of the year, so I know I can handle
  3. Well, since you guys said it was dead in here, then maybe I can give you guys something to do and help me improve as well (big challenge). Here is a little background:I recently had to take a 6 month "vacation", and I was able to read a good bit of poker stuff (no internet, magazines/books only) and the live pokerz was terrible. So, I could read a bunch, but never was able to implement anything. When I got home at the beginning of this month, I found I still had $1.30 left over in my Cake account from sometime last year. Since Cake's SNGs are basically non-existant, I stated to grind the cash
  4. Yeah, but they will hate the cash games tho. Horrible structure and terrible, terrible play. More like B I N G O. I could not take the "but it was soooted" and "pot odds, I had to make that call" statements. That was the most excruciating part of the whole deal. ^^^ Love the analogy!! Very well put!! ^^^ (no offense, but I hope your wrong)
  5. This question has probably been talked about before, but please excuse me as I have been on a forced "vacation" for several months. Has anyone tried to get together and do an "Unofficial" Neg-O at another site where us USA players can get together? I really enjoyed playing the Neg-Os, and this sucks not being able to play them anymore.
  6. Yeah, Cake is pretty much low stakes cash games only. I've been playing the .02/.04 game. Got a BR of like $2.70 after about 1 hour of work. :)I still have a verified sportsbook account. Mostly did sports betting there, but played a freeroll tournament one time. I might have setup a bodog account several years ago. Would have to check. I thought I read Bodog was suppose to pull out of the US market later this year??? Thanks for the info.
  7. Thanks Guys and Gals!! Glad to be back. Spent the past 6 months reading Daniel's books, and lots of CardPlayer and Bluff. CardPlayer is a great strategy mag BTW. The live game they had there was the worst structure and players ever. Basically Bingo Poker. Would luck up sometimes and get control of a TV late at night and catch some WPT Season 9, PAD PLO, and some of the WSOP from this summer. So, where are most of the US peeps playing at these days? I still had $1.30 in my Cake account from a year ago or so. Been grinding on that. Ready to get back. After reading/studying for 6 months, I feel l
  8. So, how did villain get such a big chip stack?? Was he making plays like this the whole time, or did he happen to catch some monster hands? Even if he played ATC against you HU and planned on losing, he still would have a respectable chip stack for the table. Also, you said you were playing pretty nitty. Where you playing LP nitty as well, or where you opening up a bit? Not that it should matter after the flop here, because you said he snap called when you shoved. This was a play money game, but even with PokerVT members, should have taken it a little seriously. Ballsy snap-call to me, but wit

  16. Goin Sparco-style here:1/4 Milly $3570 - Got pocket 10's a few times, but I open 3x, get a caller and 2 over cards flop. Table has been really tight, so I have to fold the c-bet raiseEDIT: Nevermind. Out AJ spades < QQ. Flopped set, turned boat. Sunday 10 Milly $9,187 - Not much, just bricking the flops with mediocre suited connectors.Getting Domed a bit on both tables. Trying to adjust. I like the micros better.
  17. Kid?? I'm 31 sport. :)Didn't add your new name. Rarely use it. I'll add it tonight.
  18. Yeah, I really hope so, but not counting on it. Not really bragging. The sats are pretty soft right now with all the little guys taking a shot. Def not bragging about "being able to take a vacation". "Club Fed" is not really on the top of any travel agent's vacation bucket list. Hey, aren't you on/in the milk carton thread? Glad you came out of hiding to post again here. :)Well, it looks like there is an overwhelming response to go for it. Haven't had much luck in MTTs before, so that is why I was skeptical of trying, but DD is right, there will be alot of fish that sattied in. Hell, We both s
  19. First off, this is a serious post, even though it may seem like a trolling joke. But here goes:Some of you know that I have to take a "vacation" for the next six months, so I will not be around a computer. I "leave" Tuesday, and really don't have much spare time between now and then. I loaded a few tables this morning just wanting to get in and hour or so of play before I got started doing other stuff. I loaded a $8.80 2x Turbo Shootout 6-max 36 man SNG (Sat) b/c I had played a few of the SM sats this week, and they seem pretty soft, b/c of all the hype. As you see above, I actually won it, in
