well most of guys that will vote for it are the guys with good teams The past few years i been in the pool i been watching some you guys tank and most of you guys found it funny. Now that you got your big picks and players you want to change? I couldnt disagree more. If this is to be put in it should be 2 to 3 years from now. This gives everyone ample time to plan accordingly This way teams that are planning not to do well this year have the same edge as all the other teams had in past years. I would agree only to 2-3 years plus from now
