  1. So gutted for him. It's been quite a ride, and I look forward to going through it all again next time. Now i gotta get some sleep. 5.30am aargh.G'nite all.
  2. All in on a Q high flop.Daniel has QJ, Barry has AA.J turn. YEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSA river. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  3. Negreanu Getting ShortBoth players checked the {3-Hearts} {2-Spades} {J-Clubs} flop, and Negreanu tried an experimental bet on the {6-Clubs} turn. Shulman raised, though, and Negreanu, by now looking really tired, tossed his cards away. He's down to 2.395 million.
  4. Nearly a Million Changes Hands...And it looked like it was heading for even giddier pot sizes as the flop saw Barry Shulman check-raise Daniel Negreanu on a flop of {5-Spades} {3-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} to 600k. Negreanu made the call - and then checked down the turn and river which came {10-Spades} {K-Spades} . A {Q-Diamonds} -rag combo was the winning hand, scooping Shulman a chunky pot as the clock turns 4am straight.Shulman's got himself a big old cup of coffee. Good move.
  5. Aces... AgainShulman raised, and Negreanu reraised. Call. They saw a flop (Ts Ks Tc) and Negreanu bet out 600,000. Call. They saw a turn, too, (Qd) and this time Negreanu moved all in. After a moment Shulman passed -- and Negreanu showed him (As Ad). That's the third time Negreanu's had aces since we've been heads up. Or the third time he's shown them, at least. And with that, we're back to more or less even. Why oh why couldn't he just have had KQ
  6. Yeahhhhh, within a whisker of being back to level
  7. This is where he's showing his class. So many players would've imploded after the way some of these hands went against him. Very well played whatever happens Daniel.GL
  8. yep spotted that after it was too late. I even tried to work out a hand he beat but didn't see that. Sorry it's gettin late here
  9. He's on the road to recovery, up to 3.3 milC'mon daniel.
  10. Dunno if he had odds to call but it's not a bad gamble if you know you're outclassed.
  11. Aces AgainNegreanu moved all in on a raggy board that had made it to the river and Schulman folded. Negreanu showed aces, and the crowd went nuts.Negreanu creeps back to 3 million.
  12. Interesting line on the flop, assuming he was preflop raiser. And 3rd nuts surely?
  13. Yeh, tho it's back to a 6:4 chiplead as we speak
  14. One Way Street Changes Direction, Confuses TouristsThe chip traffic seems to be flowing towards the toll booth Daniel Negreanu has set up at his end of the table recently. Nearly 500k went his way when pocket Jacks survived an Ace on a flop and found Shulman betting with a turned pair of Fives only, and the last hand was a pretty big one too:Negreanu called another button raise to 160k from Shulman. The flop came {5-Clubs} {J-Hearts} {2-Hearts} . Negreanu checked, Shulman bet 300k, and he raised to 625k total. A short while later and the call was there. The audience held their breath and had t
