They have a rule that sites can't advertise rakeback on Bodog. Affiliates will offer it but for some reason cannot advertise it (maybe to keep the noobs in the dark?). Wo you just have to e-mail a few of the larger affiliates and basically ask if they are running a Bodog offer.

Pitbull's been MIA for awhile regarding this issue. People aren't going to start believing they are a legit site though...

Yeah, existing players should contact Full Tilt support and then contact rakebackpros. It can take some time but that's the only way for existing players to get it.

It isn't a hard book to find, it's one of the most popular poker books in the last 5 years. It may not be on the new york times list or anything but HOH is pretty much an essential read to learn to strategy.
