I'd like to give my two cents on this issue since it's one I discussed at length with Rory who posts on two+two. There *can* be an advantage to being a short-stack when playing heads-up limit hold-em. The advantage would go to the short-stack if he was out of position. On FCP, that would be the big blind when playing heads up - the small blind has the button. So, in theory if you had exactly enough to post the big blind or even slightly more where going all-in would be inevitable then you'd negate your opponent's positional advantage.
