There was plenty of time left to win the game. ISU fumbled a rebound out of bounds near the end. Remember that? What about when a defensive specialist drilled a game-winning three with .5 seconds left? Those two plays had more to do with the loss than that charge. It was a bad call, but it wasn't egregious.
