  1. Ever think YOUR the fish playing at HIS tables?
  2. actually howard lederer is the primary reason they ended up winners in some of those beal confrontations. midway through one of the sessions beal came up with a condition that he wouldn't have to play howard anymore that trip. the last time beal showed up for one of these sessions, howard took him for around 10mil, at which point beal stood up, shook howard's hand and told him something along the lines of: "you're a good man howard, if we're ever sitting across the table from one another again, it won't be playing poker". it seems that ted forrest, jennifer harmon and todd brunson were big
  3. I'm not sure which side you are arguing but I think the point of how good AK is based on how often it is domminated by another good hand. 22 is dominated by everyother pocket pair and is in a coinflip with everyother hand.Yet before you see the flop 2's beat AK EVERYTIME!AK MUST improve to beat 22..........22 doesn't need to improve to beat AK.hey I'm not saying AK is a bad hand, but too many people like the op.. think its a hand you should ALWAYS push with and its simply not the case. Your going to miss the flop something like 75% of the time with AK.So, if you hold 22 and the flop comes out
  4. Thats 2 seconds I'll never get back!Your a moron!

  6. 1st off they played limit not no-limit!2nd You say DN would clean him out...........just like the way everyone else cleaned him out right? Only a couple of players ever beat Beale in those matches Harmon and Forrest were among the very few that did well against him. Did you even read the book or did you just read past posts on this topic and make up the rest?
  7. Doesn't a pair of 2's beat A high! That would make pocket deuces a better hand than AK. AK is definatly a better drawing hand. But before you see the flop pocket 2's beat AK everytime!
  8. If you stay up for that your a LOSER! :bubbleoops:
  9. YOUR RIGHT ........YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT!
  10. By possition it would have to be Eli.Unless I missed something

  12. why would you not keep the 6?you could still make the 2nd nuts 2 3 4 6 7!No reason to draw 5

  14. What the hell do you think! You think our government is going to ever NOT get "THIER" cut! Just use common sense
  15. DAMN!!!! Every time I read one of your posts I watch that stupid kid like 5 times!
  16. At the B & M I normally play at there is a dealer there that really pisses me off. He's very slow, he makes lots of mistakes, and he's a low talker and the poker room is in the middle of the casino so its almost impossible to hear him. Even so if I win a pot when he's dealing I tip him a buck. Not tipping because your CHEAP is bad karma
  17. Yeah dip shit read the ****ing post! I didn't check untill the river. If he was drawing to the flush then he paid to get there you stupid ****.Retards like you are why I rarely post questions!
  18. Playing $4-$8 LHE w/kill. I'm in the big blind 1st possition, calls button calls, small blind calls, and I check after finding Q4 offsuit. Flop comes QQx 2 clubs. Small blind checks, I bet, 1st calls, button folds, small blind calls. Turn comes blank, small blind checks, I bet again, both call. River comes 3rd What do you do?Little info about the players: small blind is a solid player. Plays lots of hands and check raises quite a bit with good hands. Likes to play sooooooted cards or connected cards.1st is a calling station lost lots of money.I checked. I had put the small blind on a flush d
  19. There aren't as many betting rounds in 5 card draw or 5 card stud, therefore the pots aren't as big. That's why they don't offer those games anymore. Thats the reason Triple Draw is becoming so popular and why 7 stud is so popular. More betting rounds = BIGGER POTS!They don't play triple draw at the WSOP!
