I guess you missed the part at the end of old school where the 30 year old realizes that he's retarded for hanging out with teenagers (at least in the movie they were college kids) and gets a life. I lost respect for you when teneight was getting flamed pretty hard and you hid under a rock (considering he was your good friend at the time). Then when you torpedoed Redpill's forum after he made you a mod, it confirmed my suspicions of you being a worthless piece of crap.... much like teneight.But yeah, other than flaming people I dislike, I'd say i'm a pretty good guy.I agree. I'd like to know what you're talking about...... I'd say that my entire time here I've flamed less than 10 people, and ~95% of my flame posts were directed towards the OTC4life crew. Which was in January or February, not the summer.I was just pointing out that I know SuM was not a troll when he started posting.. but from about late summer to the time he stopped posting, his unpositive attitude did turn into trolling and personal attacks on people..I'm sorry if you took offense to what I said Don.. yeah, I'm a troll because I disliked Teneight, and didn't hide it. I thought that anyone who was a part of his "OTC4life crew" deserved to be flamed for associating with a guy like teneight. So I flamed him. I flamed them. And look... a few months later it looks like I was right all along. Teneight was a ******. You guys hate him now.

This is the first time I've been on FCP in like 2 months. The forum has been in decline for about a year, but the overmoderation killed it. If you treat your posters like children, the adults leave, and you wind up with children on your site. Children who hang out with 30 year old losers in "the_hideout"- but that's another story. Maybe I'm being too hard on the new mods, I dunno. They were added when Daniel started pimping the forum to the entire online poker world, so it was probably the combination of the two.

I've been in a few fights, pretty uneventful, but this one time, in my Hap Ki Do class a few years back, I was sparring with this ex-navy guy who thought he was the shit and decided he had to prove it every week by going hard and fighting dirty. Usually I took it really easy on the guy (because he's like 50), but he's a dirty bastard and got me with an open hand cheap-shot to the ear (as I was coming out of my bow) which hurt like hell, So I flipped out and I just destroyed him.... I used a snap heel kick to the inside of his leg, which got him off-balance as he lunged at me, so I was able to get behind him, I grabbed his shoulder, gave him a hard knee to the ass, and then one to the kidney which dropped him to his knees, and the coup de grace was a hard slap to the ear as he's on his knees with his back towards me. I still can't believe I did that.

Wow, how short did you think he was? I mean, he is still pretty short. Allen Cunningham, on the other hand, is much taller than I thought he was when I saw him playing in that Grand Prix tourney a few years back.i bumped into ivey at the wynn right as he was finishing his match yesterday...he's a lot taller than i expected him to be....he had a few people from the big game with him, elezra, couple others. -

Because Wrto said that the villan in that post was good, and knew that wrto was good, so maybe he sees the play, and calls the raise with top pair hoping to C/R the turn or flat calls out of confusion/concern. It's not a play that I really make, and as I said it's a stupid play that you shouldn't make. But with a pot that big, maybe you can draw to your outs cheaply.Er, why in the world would you even consider raising for a free card (in the post you linked)? -

The hand never happened.I figured I'd give you a little more insight into what I was thinking when I said "raise" in this post: http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...7785&highlight=It was nice to see that Screech said call the flop raise/check-raise the turn, because it means my reasoning in the other post wasn't completelyretarded, since I could sometimes see a free river card.But In hindsight, Screech was right about what he said in that post, raising was a bad play since you'll get 3-bet alot of the time with the hands you're drawing at (like AK or AQs), and the hands you're drawing to backdoor draws against (AA, maaybe TT). I thought maybe the UTG would call, and check confused by my cold-call PF, raise flop play...... and then I obviously check behind to see the river cheaply. Stupid play. Good thing I made it on a poker forum, instead of at the table. :wink:

Yeah, I thought so.I three bet the flop got called, let out on the turn only to get raised, and called down from there. He had a set of 4s. I kinda knew I was beat when he raised on the flop, because the only hand that he'd cold call then raise with on this flop would be AJ (maybe AQ, but I think he'd probably 3-bet PF with this hand).Just wondering if any of you are getting to showdown more cheaply in this situation.

I think it's fair to say that David was certainly ready to play. It's not my place to comment on the game. But I have the utmost confidence in Dave.I'm amazed Oppenheim hasn't taken a shot at Beal. Did he not feel ready? Was it the Corp who held him back? This is an issue worth pursuing and I hope M Craig or someone else is able to get some concrete info because I've heard no definitive explanation as to why Oppenheim hasn't been in there.

He's a great all around player. I would play him any day heads up. In fact I know about 4 other people who are better heads up just in LA than him. I know, it sounds absolutely bizarre, doesn't it?Maybe I should go into a little more detail.I intentionally got into a huge blowup argument on the phone with someone pretty close to me.I wound up getting so enfuriated that I threw a corded phone across the room.I then went to the phone, picked it up, slammed it on the receiver, and punched the wall. I apparently punched it pretty hard, because there's now a gaping hole in it from where I punched it.I then called said person back, chewed them out some more, before they hung up on me. I then went down to the basement, where there's a speed bag set up, and beat the living shit out of it, picturing said person.I'm much calmer and collected now, but quite frankly, I have scared myself to death.I have actually told my girl to stay away from me right now, because God forbid if I ever did something like that to her or any girl I was involved with, I would never be able to look myself in the mirror again.So yeah, I've proven I still have emotion. Just not the ones I should really have. That scares me.So you put yourself through something just to prove to yourself you feel, and it ends up hurting, but it's not self destructive? -
