  1. results bump...i ended up calling the BB shove. I figured the BB shove included 33 66, AK, KQs (not clubs), Ax clubs, and I was therefore ahead of his shoving range.MP put me in a super awkward situation because of the stack sizes. I think shoving/minraising with AA is too spewy because he is only calling with sets or maybe Ac3c, none of which I am far ahead of. MP ended up shoving after my call and I ended up tank folding. I never think he is shoving a K here, maybe 4c5c or Ax clubs, but mostly sets. If he shoves a draw here it drastically changes his image (maybe loosens up the table??), I g

  4. Agreed...the minraise was really strange to me and I had no idea how to respond to itHow would yall respond to a minraise here? What about checking the flop with the intent to checkraise? I know there are 4 million scare cards that could come on the turn if he checks behind, but if villian bets here, which I think he does a high percentage of the time given his range, a check raise to about the same amount would cost me the same but also would give me more information I believe...
  5. Villian had been running at 20/9 over 75 hands, hasnt really got out of line...i usually 3bet preflop here, but for some reason my brain decided to call this time instead...I think a larger 3bet on flop is in order but i didnt want to commit myself with JJ as I still have a decent sized stackNo-Limit Hold'em, $120.00 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comButton ($14440)SB ($3070)Hero (BB) ($5760)UTG ($3680)MP ($10840)CO ($4385)Preflop: Hero is BB with J, J1 fold, MP raises $360, 3 folds, Hero calls $240Flop: ($780) 4, 6, 8(2 players)Hero bets $480, MP raises $960

  7. I had observed him on 2 tables for about 30min before I sat down. He had 4bet twice, once folding to a shove, and once stacking off on a J high flop with JTs. Both his opponents had been over 3betting him imo
  8. Through about 75 hands he is running at 38/33, I had been very aggressive and had 3bet him quite a few times. After watching his play and actually sitting with him, I have a sneaking suspicion that he is 4betting me pretty light here ...i was wondering what your arguments are for a call/shove/fold No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (2 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comButton ($103.70)Hero (SB) ($164.50)Preflop: Hero is SB with 10, 10Button raises $2.50, Hero raises $9, Button raises $22, Hero ???
  9. i did indeed end up folding but was unsure if that was the right move...i play mostly heads up where this sort of situation is not an automatic fold. I am trying to expand to full ring but as you guys can see i have little confidence at a full table...thanks for the responses
  10. I do not play full ring very often and am curious what you full ringers (or anybody really...) would do here.Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comCO ($101.80)Button ($211.60)SB ($63.40)Hero (BB) ($102.50)UTG ($100)UTG+1 ($92.05)MP1 ($30.40)MP2 ($100)Preflop: Hero is BB with J, J3 folds, MP2 raises to $2, 2 folds, SB calls $1.50, Hero raises to $8, 1 fold, SB calls $6Flop: ($18) 4, A, 10(2 players)SB bets $13, Hero ???
  11. i figure that because you are going to be out of position, you would want to raise more so that the BB doesnt have great odds to call with a wide range of hands and then outplay you when the over hits...i think he 3bets smaller pairs here enough times for a larger 4bet to be profitable...What is your 3betting range here if you are the BB?
  12. i make my 4bet about 18-22, I dont think villain checks behind here with an Ace so im inclined to bet the turn maybe 15ish, but almost any bet commits us to a raise, or forces us to play out of position when he calls so i dont hate a check...after he checks turn i surely fire at river i think 14 is a good betall in all i 4bet more and then probably play it the same way
  13. yea my bad, i was trying to git rid of the unnecessary text...it was UTG+1 who minraised and MP+1 who called, I was on the BTN with A6o....
  14. looking back on it, i believe it is a very clear fold here...I was 8/9 and starting to feel pressure at an aggressive table and made a desperation move, only i had a few hands to wait...i wasnt worried about the initial raiser at all, but probably should have been cautious about the cold caller...
  15. Couldnt get converter to work...sorryDoes this look like a good spot for a squeeze, or should I wait it out?Only 7 hands had been played so far at the FT, UTG+1 had open for a minraise 4 times in the last 5 hands...MP+1 got his chips by winning a big flip w/JJ 2 hands ago...EDIT: sorry fellas, I input the positions to hopefully make it easier to readFull Tilt Poker Game #8383010958: Daily Double - A (63008078), Table 112 - 6000/12000 Ante 1500 - No Limit Hold'em - 2:06:33 ET - 2008/10/07Seat 1: MP+1 (494,282)Seat 2: MP+2 (191,775)Seat 3: CO (91,160)Seat 4: Hero (149,764)Seat 5: SB (155,318)Sea
