I've heard tales of these seminars, they seem pretty cool. Where was the one you attended?There's one guy at the place I train who always talks about them. I only hear the periphery since I have know interest in getting into MMA competition - I'm too old. It seems like people like them.

If you live by yourself, cook in bulk. I like to make things that I can freeze/reheat in a hurry. For example, one Sunday make a Jumbalaya or something, but instead of making a meal's worth, make a week's worth, and freeze the rest. Another week, make something else that holds up to freezing, and make another week's worth. Repeat as necessary...

The biggest problem is that the government (on both sides) has big problems deciding what "rich" means. If I made 80k a year in rural Tennessee, I'd be doing pretty damn well. If I were making the same money in NYC, or SF - not so much.
