You got to give the Sharks credit for not giving up and fighting their way back. That overtime had some great highlight saves from both goalies. I think Detroit was hoping for a few more overtimes with San Jose winning and taking it to game 7...ah it doesn't matter. I think Detroit is going to handle Dallas pretty easy, even with Turco.

I'll benefit certainly, but don't kid yourself and think that this couldn't benefit online poker in a big way. Guy from Italy is at the final table... loads of exposure in Italy, loads of new Italian players... guy from Bulgaria is third in chips, he appears on all of the major stations in Bulgaria wearing a PokerStars hat= more fish from Bulgaria... Ben Affleck makes the final table, poker discussed on ET, Inside Edition, etc. much like they do with Dancing with the Stars... more potential to reach a wider demographic. Big picture guys, let's give this a shot one time and if it sucks, meh, no big deal, we change it back.

Don't you think all the hype leading up to and including the November election is going to put the damper on pretty much anything that happens around and in November though?I guess we have no choice but to give this a shot and see what happens. As big a fan as I am, I'm un-Serge-like in that I can see the faults that exist in the team I cheer for. The habs have showed NOTHING that shows me they're any threat whatsoever to come back in this series. This team fell apart in game 5 of the Boston series when Price let in that weak goal and they lost confidence in him. They were lucky to get by the Bruins and have been overmatched in EVERY game this series, eeking out their only win in overtime. This one could very easily have been a sweep. It's ooooooooooover.

I have to agree with you.Sure, there is a slim chance of the Habs coming back, but I just don't see it happening. I hope they prove me wrong though.One good thing should come out of losing though, there shouldn't be any riots in Montreal right?
