The MTT SNGs would be mostly 90s...probably 70%, the rest 180s....Ok, that's a bit better.Now provide game/levels, and which MTT SNGs (180s, 90s, 45s?) please.Very hard to judge from this. -

She's young, a good player and has had big success early: that equals out of control ego and immaturity. The younger poker community in general is just ripe with a-hole egos and immaturity, so why should she be any different? Its no excuse for bad behavior, however. What happens is she starts to believe in her mind that every play she makes is genius or the right one, instead of realizing everyone makes mistakes. And I'm sure nobody close to her will tell her otherwise.Being confident is one thing, being a jerk is another. They don't have to be interlocked as some on this forum think. Treating people with some level of respect isn't too much to ask. Ever.

Much ado about nothing. They won't take it to anywhere near the end without buying it out. These kinds of challenges are just ways to spark interest in the poker community, with behind the scenes action so nobody gets really hurt. (Yawn). Fanboys will be all atwitter I'm sure.

I guess I don't understand how $1,000 for 2+ days is underfunded? Not everyone goes to Vegas to play higher stakes or limits. And why would playing say $1/$2 cash at Caesar's be worse than playing $1/$2 at MGM? And why couldn't a guy play in a few $120 tourneys and still play cash games and be okay? And as far as the comment of 'going to play low limits in Vegas is a waste'....why? To some of you guys who play bigger, sure. I get it. But not everyone is trying to become a pro or make a living at it. Some just like the competition and enjoyment of playing live, but still want to win. For some guys, its just a hobby. To say its a waste is goofy, IMO. To each their own, man.

During the summer or thereabouts, i turned something like $20 into $1000 and then lost it all againI've probably redeposited about $3600 online this year and have lost it all. some of it was on fulltiltOn wsex, the problem is my itch to play blackjack. Between playing out of my roll and bj, i worked my roll from $600 to just over 4k, then proceeded to lose it all playing bj.2 nights ago, I had 3k in my account of wsex, again from bj and playing out of my roll. last night, my account was zero again because of both.Today I deposited 500, and have already lost it all. 2 hands of 200 nl, lost the rest at bj. help! -

Two things: its probably hard for some of you younger guys to understand, but some guys in their 30s and 40s who play at these limits have a lot of disposable income and just view it as entertainment. They aren't that worried about getting better or how others perceive them and their play. They don't get their self-esteem from poker. Its just a game...and for those that do take it seriously, you should be glad these types are playing.I laugh at some of you just thinking big paying jobs are lawyers, doctors, etc. Many lawyers don't make squat. And the jobs you might think are lame, like working in sales for manufacturers (pick any item in the grocery store and somebody is selling it), these guys make anywhere from $100,000 - $160,00 a year plus bonus. Bottom line: you don't know what you don't know. Don't judge people because you're going to be surprised.

They'd push it back to the fall period because ratings would be higher than the summer...and the element of not knowing ahead of time who'd win. ESPN is so hyping the NFL and everything World Series at that time, I can't believe they'd want to cram the WSOP final table in too. Watching a live FT doesn't make a lot of sense time-wise for viewers...WAY too long. This may be an idea that popped up and will quickly get picked apart and disappear.LMAO about worrying that a player 'would die'. Its not even a consideration.

A little advice from a man who's been married 15 years: don't lie to your wife. It never ends well. Women HATE being lied to....its their number 1 issue. Even if its a little white lie. Smart married men learn this after about 2-3 years of being married. Just take your lumps up front because its SO MUCH EASIER.edit: this advice is pure gold...even if you don't realize it now.

At $500 a month? They call that poverty. An addiction usually means it negatively impacts other parts of your life, i.e. family time, social time, real job time, interacting with real people time, etc. Don't fool yourself into thinking because you make a small profit, that its okay if it negatively impacts you every day in some other form. Too many young people don't look at things realistically or with much perspective. Take a hard, honest look at your life and you'll find the answer. Enjoying it and missing it when you don't play isn't an addiction.I believe they call consistently winning making a living.. -

Wait a minute...an actual response to my question? Curious.I use Copags myself and am very happy with them. Why not get more Copags for your rotation? No likey? I like the Copags ok...they seem slippery and not quite as substantial as KEMs. And the face isn't distinct in coloring.

I just purchased 2 decks online after doing some research...they get decent reviews and are moderately priced. I got the jumbo-sized poker edition Gemaco Star version. I currently use Copags and needed some more cards to get into the rotation. Anyone's experience with these cards would be appreciated.

Yeah...neither Borders nor Barnes & Noble have them yet. They're on order apparently. Looks like I may as well go the Amazon.com route considering I can't get one today.My brother works for Borders book store, and he says they have not yet received them.Hope that helps
