What stakes do you play at?I ask because precisely ZERO hardcore online professionals (yes, there are many) would consider a potentially +EV situation to be too much "hassel"? I've never really seen it anywhere except on HSP either, but if it's good in principle in certain occasions at high stakes, it should be equally valid at any stakes.

Danny, come to Brisbane for the weekend! Treasury Casino will go MENTAL if you show up to crush the 10-20 games (ha), and we can have a real Aussie BBQ. Sydney folk are a little too trendy these days.I went there.

Limit Hold'em has worked so far. Everyone calls everything, and when I flop the nuts, I just bet each stage, and get called down the whole way. Easy to pick up big pots almost every time you get a hand.

Looks like everyone had a great time! Daniel, kudos to you for being such a down to Earth guy. Willing to just kick back and meet with fans at the drop of a hat, that means a lot to many people.

Must agree here. It's always out of the way for busy people, but you have to visit Brisbane sometime and enjoy some real Australian home hospitality!

Not good so far.Out in 9th place in a 9-man SNG. All-in on the flop with a set, opponent get runner-runner hearts for a flush.Out in 9th place in a 45-man $1 turbo (top 7 paid). Final table was crazy, just all in or fold, and for the past ten hands, no one has called any all in. I get KQs, and decide to shove. Naturally, I get not one but TWO callers, another KQ and AQ. I'm gone.Bleh.
