    1.75 for winning 4 of 4?? (if i read that right) seems a little low considering if you win 4 1tables or similar. :club:

    Checking the turn is like waiting for a safe card, which we don't do in NLHE, especially at 1/2 live NL where no one bets their hands unless you do it for them. You lose so much value checking the turn.
    so true... all the money is at the end. especially in position firing out a bet there is helpful. checking the river isn't out of the question at the end. especially a 1/2 table... people are calling you down with a tiny club if they think it'll win. :club:

    i played earlier today, lost.i played again tonight and lost in my second hand. (pocket aces cracked)just gotta know your limits and make sure you don't go beyond, but at the same time remember why you like the game. as long as it's fun and responsible to do so, then play. if it's beating at your brain/temper/whatever, take a breather. no one is gonna rag on you for taking a break. :club:

    thats not the problem. People buying in and cashing out over and over, then people leave, then you're down to 3 playing short handed, eventually you sort it out and theres been mistakes. It happens a lot.
    i get that, but maybe my table stakes are lower with usually just 40-100 bucks being thrown in for chips and all the chips = 1 buck.could change that up? play for cheaps!! :club:
