With AA, KK or even a huge fluh draw on that board, with the amount of chips and his main event at stake, he would hesitate for longer than 3-5 seconds. Likewise I can't see him thinking you were making a move here either. It's just not worth it for him to be the sheriff against the 2nd biggest stack at this point.
