Do you guys play everyone pays only the winner or everyone pays everyone else? Do you play single points regardless of number of cards remaining or 1-5 cards single point, 6-10 cards double point, and 11+ triple point?

I bet both. No one showed interest on the flop so you can most likely rule out the straight or top two. And if you want to try to get paid off, I bet the river for sure.

Have made the drive at least 15 times. Its boring as all hell. Just drive really fast and it doesn't take long at all.
