I had this problem so I called VISA All access, they advised that it takes 30 minutes to get the info processed that the card has been purchased. Always check your cash register slip and make sure that it says that the card has been activated. I had to return to Albertson's once because the girl didn't activate the card correctly. When I went to use it to buy chips it said STOLEN CARD, HOLD CARD.If it still wont work after 30 minutes call the number on the back of the card, once they (VISA) told me I had to wait until tomorrow to use the card.You can always call in you deposit.
