  1. Honestly, I'm against playing unless you are 100% focused on it, and sharp. If you're tired, drowsy, or plain just don't feel like playing, or feel like doing something else, I don't think you should play.If this happens too often, then the game isn't a wise career choice, but if you aren't going to play your best, I think it's better to not play, since it's such a competitive game, and your B game might not be a winning game.
but what if I have a # of hands for the month bet with mikey and I am behind pace so far? :club: that said, i agree 100%.
  2. This hand tilts me to no end. It just seems like a dirty steal to me, mostly because I have never seen a line like this before....No reads.Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comBB ($47.25)Hero (UTG) ($50)MP ($75.80)CO ($35.20)Button ($52.30)SB ($55)Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9diamond.gif, 9spade.gifHero raises to $1.75, MP calls $1.75, 1 fold, Button raises to $4, 2 folds, Hero calls $2.25, MP raises to $16.75, 1 fold, Hero ???
If Button, SB or BB was a 3bet monkey, I have seen this line taken with AA and KK. With no reads, it is still an easy fold imo.
  3. I sat back down with her an hour ago and am up another $450.I sat down right after she called a 4 bet pre against a good reg with JJ and then raised him all in on a 245 flop for a $1900+ pot at 2/4. Other guy had aces, obv. 20 minutes later he decided he had to go and she accused him of hitnrunning!

  4. lol today has been a good day for poker. After Lobster's comment I looked at TR and saw that Tiffany michele was a huge donk. I sat with her HU at a 2/4NL FR table and played 93 hands, won $405 from her in a bunch of medium pots and a little more on the session when someone else sat. I think I got her pretty tilted first after I wouldn't confirm to a railer whether I was, or was not, the real Gilbert Arenas. The railer/stalker believed it was gil when I didn't confirm or deny any personal questions he asked but instead pimped gil's shoe. Meanwhile she started going off in chat saying "celebrities on this site usually don't make themselves known" and "I have met tons of celebrities in person and there is no way this guy is famous"!LOL you don't know how famous I am bisch! you are my new bs1

  5. ok ty for explaination. Now I know PT3 has a free trial, you suggest HEM over PT3 tho? I cant really go look now, Im watching the baby. How long is HEM free trial?I'll be back a little later, ty lobster!
15 days. I don't know how it compares to PT3, as I don't have that, but I am sold by it. So much tinkering you can do with it, you kinda just have to start playing with it on your own to figure it out imo.
  6. I have a free hud, just wondering why HEM is a must have. I obv dont own it so just wondering why.
HEM is more than just a HUD - it is a sophisticated tool that allows you to analyze your and your opponents' games that can be utilized to get better in many, many different ways.Download the free trial, read their user guides, and try it out for yourself. It may seem expensive for the limits you are currently playing, but if you have any intention of doing this long term, it will more than pay for itself (and will quite quickly I might add).
  7. Boy I can't believe you're even considering a foreclosure option. Looks now like you'll want to "modify" with the mortgage company. If you are in such good shape financially, why not just try to refinance? A company won't modify with you if you can make the payments. I'd just put it on the market for about $210 or whatever you can get, then when you get an offer call the mortgage companies and tell them to take it or leave it. Companies lose about 30-40% on foreclosures, so a short sale will be the much preferred option. Your second mortgage probably won't be too happy about it however.Good luck, just don't take the scumbag route out. Have a little integrity. You signed the mortgage, make good. If the ARM went down 3% and your home value was up, I don't think you'd like the mortgage company trying to squirm their way out of it.
If he is in decent financial shape, he has 0% chance of getting a short sale approved. You need to prove sufficient financial hardship for a bank to even consider accepting one (and then you have to run the gambit of not catching the loss mitigation specialist on a bad day, not getting a ridiculous valuation from the bank's approved appraiser, etc). 'Short sale' is one of the most misunderstood real estate buzzwords around. The banks make ALL of the rules when it comes to them, they are doing the seller a favor by allowing them, and you cannot force them into anything.(And just because he was able to get the house appraised at 210k once, doesn't mean it is either worth that much, you could get it appraised for that again, or that they could find a buyer for it at that price.)
  8. I would like to point out that I am nowhere near baller enough to stay in this house, but I hope it rubs off. Btw mark pls im me sometime today so we can figure out how I can pay.
Just donate however much you owe to The Human Fund, and Mark will not only match your donation, but he will pick up what you owe for the house. This is how I am paying.
