  2. No. I've played a little less than 1k hands of 5/10 this month, and maybe 500 hands previously, but that is as high as I have ever sat. I will only do so if the game is spectacular tho, as I know I am not good enough to play there regularly, nor do I want to handle the swings that come along with those stakes right now.
  3. With so much drama in the FCP, it's kinda hard being R-d-o-single-g....
  4. yours is nice, but I am going to trump it sooooooooooo hard
  5. I have an even better idea... give me until tomorrow...
  6. I'm a game selection nit, that is the main reason. I don't care what the stakes are, I just want the easiest path to putting other people's $ in my account. Take today for instance - one of my fav donks moved down and was playing 50nl, so I sat with him til he busto'd. There was also a super soft 5/10 game running, so I sat in it. 1/2 and 2/4 are my main games and i try to stick there, but I always look up a level or two trying to maximize profits (altho there was a super crazy soft 10/20 game a few days ago that I didn't have the stomach (or bankroll lol) to sit in ), and I would rather sit

  8. F me. I can't win a showdown of a reasonable size to save my life today.
  9. I think you are overlooking the fact that having discussions and explaining thought processes actually help people teach themselves and further their own game. And yes, while there is sure to be some people who need to stoke their ego in any way imaginable, and it might be slightly -EV to help others learn, it is not like there is no information anywhere for people to learn the game - it is everywhere like you said. Also, just being given information doesn't mean that people are capable of distilling it and applying it to their own gamePlus some people are just nice.

  11. I am through 2.5/3 PAD shows from this week, and as much as I like CTS, he keeps asking (what I think are) super basic questions relating to poker history / Las Vegas history and stuff, and it is putting me on tilt, lol.Anyone else agree or am I just getting grumpy that silly kids have way more $ than I do?
  12. Finished down about 3k. Was down $300 for the day and on my way to robusto, then 600 hands later (after losing a 85/15, a 70/30, and a 50/50 w/in the first 50 hands, and proceeding to go into massive spew mode) I was down $3k. Made back almost half of it, but was way too tired to be playing and gave back pretty much everything I recouped before quitting.Super frustrating day for me because while I did lose those few big hands/flips, I was on tilt pretty bad, didn't stop and played by far the worst I have all year, all of which bothered me way more than the actual $ lost (....ok that might not
  13. ftr, I ended up losing more than you yesterday, as my trip to robusto took a very swift, unexpected, and unappreciated turn, lol.
  14. Weeeeeee. Villain is a spaz and I was willing to get in my $ lighter than I was. And for the record, he sucked out first.
